Hi I just gave birth 3months ago and have put on 50 pounds during the pregnancy. I am counting calories but am always hungry which is preventing me from sticking with a diet. Enough wet and poopy diapers and if the baby is thriving. Breastfeeding is a supply and demand thing so just let baby eat and you will produce enough. Make sure you drink water and stay hydrated.

Ok so I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I just got my breast milk today. I decided to squeeze my breast because it was hurting . and I started leaking . what do I do . I'm a ftm. I'm only 19 and do I pump? Or do I just leave it alone ?

I am a FTM, 30w4d, and I am getting a little worried because I have not noticed any breast milk yet. I am grateful that I am not leaking or anything, but at the same time I am wondering if this is normal? If you already have children, about when did you start producing milk?
