i am a guy. but i there's a small lump in my right areola(??) sometimes it's painful when touch. do men get breast cancer? ... will the lump eventually disappear or need to be surgically removed. i appreciate any professional opinions.

I was diagnosed with recurrent subareolar breast abscess in 1988, I have had 10 surgeries duct and tissue have been removed and tribes but into drain..this foe seven years I had no issues and then if was back again in the other breast. Had one surgery then and no more issues for that breast. However my last my other breast no so lucky.
