I get sudden and unexpected muscle crpas primarily on left side two and more time per day and that has been increasing and sometimes shows up on the right side also...most of the time it is like a mild uncomforable pressure on left side right at the rib and the side of my stomach...whe it filps to the right side it is pretty much the same excpet on that side...also occasionally the cramping can come out of no where in my sides or even legs if I streach in bed...
