I am still active in the fellowship today. When it gets bad I pick up the phone and call one of the ladies from a group, or my sponsor, and then I get to a meeting. I talk about it until it passes. Over the years I have learned to identify the triggers that cause cravings and I try to avoid them. I've done work on relapse prevention and that has helped tremendously. I also make certain that I don't have a way to get any drugs. Like phone numbers, doctors, etc.

Iphone and galaxy run pretty close to the same with features I think. I borrowed my friends Iphone for a day a while back. It was fast but I just didn't care for its style. First, are you under a doctor's care? Treating anxiety, depression, sleep issues and panic attacks should be a number one priority.
