I can't really answer your question because I'm not familiar with your insulin or units of measure (I'm in the UK). But to get a low-blood-sugar reading up fairly quickly and accurately, you could use Jelly Babies. They taste ok and are exactly 5g of fast acting carb in each one. I use them as an emergency source to get out of hypo. The good thing is, if you know how much you need to raise your b.s. by to get within normal range, these can achieve it quickly.
What is your correction factor? How many units of insulin does it take to bring your blood sugar down by say 20 points. But you can only test this properly AFTER you've adjusted your levemir and have your non-eating (basal) blood sugar stable. Becuase for now the humalog is replacing too low basal insulin.
1-2 unit increase in levemir is not going to make a big change in anthing considering you already take 22 units. But still you need to increase slowly over a period of days - weeks.
My test show a THYROGLOBULIN AB to be 10296 AU/ML and ANTI-THYROID PEROXIDASE AB of 5420 AU/ML.. The charts here seem to be in International units IU/ML. Also my T3 FREE is measured in PG/ML (2.45) and T4 measured in NG/DL (0.31) which also is a different unit of measure than the tracking chart...

Take your insulin, then eat your dinner, then test your blood sugar 2 hours after starting to eat dinner. Your blood sugar should ideally not be higher than 40 units above your predinner number (ie. 140).
Don't eat anything further (unless you go low early) and then test again at 3 and 5 hours. If you are low by 5 hours you will need to take a lower dose of insulin the next evening - reduce by say 2 units.

My question is and this also did this when i was on lantus is it normal after injecting yourself with insulin that my blood sugar spikes up I am talking it can be 150 and after the injection it will jump up to 300 with in 3 hours is this normal or is it just me I know I am not making sense

You will need to increase your meal time insulin, if you are going high. Sprite is pure sugar; you need to avoid all soft drinks and sugars.
Controlling how much carb you eat / Lower carb is really important during pregnancy to be able to control how high your sugars go.
I am certainly still not cured, but N dosage has gone from 6 units in the am to 1 unit, and evening N dosage from 12 units to 9. Based on early am blood sugar levels, this looks like it will be going to 8 units soon. If insulin needs keep dropping, I will probably continue to take it. I take it in the morning. If I awake with an abnormal blood sugar (too high) I assume I would take a small dose of fast acting. Would I also take a small dose of fast acting if my blood sugar is normal, as to cover my breakfast? I know to count the carbs before the lunch meal and the dinner meal, but didn't ask about the breakfast meal.
The proper dose of lantus is the one that controls your blood sugar. IF your blood sugar fasting is 270 then you need to increase your lantus dose. Ideally your fasting glucose will be in the 80 - 100 range).
Your dr allowing you to have a blood sugar of 180 before taking medications is also keeping you consistently high. Typically people with diabetes will have a correction factor to bring blood sugars down to target.
