Also, when I added fat back into my diet, I not only ate less and lost weight, but my cholesterol levels went back to normal and my blood pressure dropped enough to allow me to get off one of my
blood pressure meds, plus my
blood sugar levels went back to normal levels. This doesn't mean you get to eat unlimited fat, it simply means fat, within reason... such as a tablespoon each of coconut and olive oil and one of butter, peanut butter, etc...
