blood pressure has gone up. At the time, as high
blood pressure was my issue, I did some research and found vitamin K2 (found in leafy greens) to be defined as a coagulant, and therefore contra-indicated for high BP, and thought if I could just bring my BP down I could still tolerate the kale in smoothies. Which I did.
