I have PVCs and they are almost always associated with shortness of breath or "can't breath" for a second. I asked my cardiologist about it and he said not to worry, but it sure is a scary feeling. It is weird how my heart's electrical system is associated with breathing when I have PVCs.

My advice is to take it easy. I'm sure for you and your friends it's exciting and fun but always keep in mind you are (in the best way hehe) different from your friends and a little more fragile.
You say you enjoy the buzz,well what is going to happen when it takes more and more alcohol to get that buzz,this is how alcoholism sneaks up on you,before you realise what is happening you are addicted to that buzz and will drink whatever it takes to get those feelings.
The longer you drink like this the harder it will be to stop,and believe me you are not doing your liver any favours either,drinking every night means your liver never has a chance to get rid of the toxins.

How much can he drink on a daily basis, I know if he has a alcohol limit he will stick to it because he is so short of breath that he is miserable being in AFib. I take my dog every day four a mile and a half walk around the block ( hilly terain ) and I am fine know shortness of breath, nothing,. once in a while I will have a few drinks and do the same walk and after the first hill i am short of breath. am fine after I rest a few seconds.
