I dont know if Iam in the right web site, but I have HORRIBLE PMS. I become crazy, literally... Is there anyone out there who can offer help? Thanks.
weight gain, bloating
I am a 16 year old girl and I've had severe bloating in my lower abdomen. I feel full after small meals and have had to urinate more frequently. This has happened for about 5 days now and I haven't gone to see the doctor yet. It is very uncomfortable and I pass gas frequently as well. I feel nauseated at times, but have no pain in my lower abdomen. Any ideas? This discussion is related to persistent lower abdominal bloating.
For the last 3 years, have had extreme bloating, not PMS bloating, but bloating and looking like I am 9 months pregnant. I eat very little and bloat immediately. I bloat no matter what type of food I eat, it doesn't matter. No one can find the answer. Last summer, I had an emergency appendectomy. While performing that operation, they noticed that my small intestine was blocked, so they took out a foot of my intestine.
*****, bloating, irritability, trying really hard not to lash out and eat pie, cake, cookies, and candy.
Bloating, PMS causing me to feel uncomfortable in my body, in my clothes, anxiety about gaining weight, getting fat, frustration, etc. Irritable. That is mostly it, just a little depressed.
I have noticed that I haven't had cramps, less bloating and usual pms systoms. This past month I didn't eat any sunflower seeds and I really had bad systoms, cramps and not feeling well at all. Does anybody know what would be in sunflower seeds that would be helping the symptoms. If I could find out what it is I could possibly take a supplement instead. Thanks!
I think a PMS tracker would be wonderful. There are so many things to keep track of mood-wise, bloating, headache, mood, depression, fatigue, etc...

Two weeks before my menses I experience terrible PMS. I get very anxious, depressed, I want to cry for no reason at all, I have fits of anger and rage and can be very aggressive, I make irrational decisions like ended relationships and quit jobs, I am in a complete fog, I can't remember anything, I don't want to leave the house or shower, if I do leave the house I don't know where I am going and I definitely shouldn't be driving. I don't want to answer the phone or talk to anyone.
I was wondering if anyone knows of a great PMS remedy.. I am starting to think that I have PMDD. My PMS is so bad that I could kill someone, I get so emotional, angry and irratated. I can't concentrate, my breats hurt, I swell up (like 4lbs more) i hate it and it really puts strain on my poor bf as he always gets the worst of it! I am on Prozac (for depression) and that was supposed to help with PMS too but mine is just so bad..
Although the bloating has been with me over 3 months now, In the past 2-3 weeks, it comes every day and last from 3-6 hours a day. Usually it starts when I experience short and difficult breath, consequently, I started to deep breath and a large amount of air, after a few minutes, I started bloating.
Yup day 17 and having extreme bloating. Definately signs of pms since my periods are every 21 days lately ughhh.
I am 5 weeks! and I have every once and a while light like pms bloating or cramping. This is normal right?
Hi there...I have seen the request for a PMS Tracker and it was suggested that the Ovulation Tracker would work for that. However, for me my needs are a little different...and it really could just be added to the mood tracker b/c that is where I am trying to track this stull anyway. If we could have things added to the Mood Tracker that were like breast tenderness, bloating, cramps (severe, mild, minor) food cravings.....
I personally don't get anything. Some things women experience are bloating, weight gain, mood swings, appetite changes, cramping, fatigue, sore breasts, etc. It generally occurs 10-14 days before a female's period will start and will usually last up till it starts.
But right now I am a little worried because these last few weeks I thought have been having what was my usual PMS/ovulation symptoms. Mostly just a little cramping, some bloating and heartburn, and this past week the feeling I might start my period that day, but so far nothing. I looked up early pregnancy symptoms and saw that I haven't felt anything of that sort (like the dizziness, spotting, and the food cravings and the breast soreness).
My Bbs are really sore today and I'm dealing with bloating and tiredness and irritability
Ive just started noticeing my PVCs get really freaking bad when im aboout to get my period. I get hit by the PMS truck hard, sore breasts, everyone all the sudden knows its that time for them to all the sudden act like jerks around me, and well i get a non painfull, but still unsettling tightness in my chest, and alot of PVCs.
I was wondering if because of still having the ovaries which leads to the menstrual cycle does one still experience PMS? By PMS I mean the moodiness, bloating, constipation etc? I know that removing the uterus would eliminate periods, but since the physical side of PMS is usually due to the slight swelling of the uterus, does it go away also? I can see the moodiness and possible cravings etc still present since they are due to the change in hormones through the cycle.
Hi! My question is how can we differentiate pregnancy and pms symptoms?Every month i have symptoms like breast tenderness, tiredness, digestive problems, bloating and twinges in lower abdomen for about a week prior to my period. All of these symptoms resemble early pregnancy symptoms.Since i have been ttc,it becomes very difficult for me to understand during the two week wait.Kindly share your opinions.
My question is to anyone who takes it to help with CM did you see a change in your PMS as well? I know it should help PMS if you take it every day but since I only take it for the first two weeks I am not sure if it would have that effect on me. I am not nearly as cranky, I have not had any cramps yet, my BB's hurt but not as much usual, only one zit so far, is it the EPO? I am trying not to get my hopes up (AF should show on Tuesday) because I feel so different than normal.
Im just curious what PMS symptoms you all experience and for how long before your period starts? For me it seems to start like 2 weeks before my period. Which is nonesense cuz its only been two weeks since my period ended! But for me it usually starts with my face breaking out, then I get food cravings, then moodiness and tiredness, then pain, then my period!
I dont really get my Period. Maybe 2 times a year. I do, however, get PMS symptoms every month. From the migraine's to the bloating. I don't really understand it. I dont really understand why I don't have my period either. Im only 21 and its been this way since i was 16 or 17. I just need to know whats wrong with me.. I've been too scared to say anything to anyone in fear that something might be horribly wrong with me. Please help if you can!.
