bloating in abdomen

I'm 6 weeks and feeling pressure in my abdomen. No cramping. Has anyone else felt this? I'm always so scared of every little uncomfortable feeling. Being a hypochondriac and pregnant do not mix well.

My bladder also feels very heavy and full all the time but my OBGYN said the swelling is in my lower abdomen not my bladder and is sending me to get an ultrasound....anyone have any clue what could be wrong? MY urine culture shows no bacteria and I have no pain.

I am suffering from heavy bloating/stomach fullness even in empty stomach, sometimes back pain on left side and sometimes on left lower abdomen (both pain dont occurs sametime), and have blood in urine. I was diagnosed with UTI and doctor gave me antibiotic for 7 days. Please Suggest 1)bloating and back/abdomen pain is due to UTI or something else? and 2)Is infection spread to kidney as i am having left back pain but no fever?

I have a "spot" of pain in my upper right abdomen. It is located to the right of my belly button and slightly above my belly button. It feels better when I apply pressure to it. It has been happening for the last few days. However, it's been constant for almost an hour at this point which is the longest it has ever lasted. when i expel the gas, it is not a smelling gas in fact. i feel bloating a lot. constipation is also present. what may the reason of such an excessive gas in the right part of abdomen?

I am a 16 year old girl and I've had severe bloating in my lower abdomen. I feel full after small meals and have had to urinate more frequently. As my cyst got larger (grapefruit sized at surgery) my abdomen was severely bloated. I am happy to say that the bloating I had in my other areas disappeared within a month of my cyst surgery. I'd never put the two together but it very much could be related.

Most nights my abdomen is bloated so much I cannot empty my bladder which means i have to get up in the night to pee. It is just generaly discomfort everyday and worse at nightI have tried peppermint tablets, they seemed to work a little to begin with but then stopped. Does anyone have any idea what this is and how to treat it? My doctor says I just have a sensitve bowel.

I do agree with Choc- if you continue to have persistent symptoms , sometimes a ct scan will pick up changes in the abdomen that an ultrasound might miss (because it looks in the upper abdomen. I would not recommend a CT scan for everyone with bloating. Only for women with disabling and persistent symptoms that cannot be explained after the usuall check.

I have started having some very tense pressure and discomfort and very uncomfortable in my abdomen. I also am having some intense,stabbing pain in the middle to upper abdomen and on a scale 1 to 10, I would say it is about a 8 or so, happens 20 times or so a day I also get a burning sensation off and on in the middle of abdomen.. I do get some pain in my neck,shoulder and collar bone but not sure if any of this is related to my other issues.

I recently went to my doctor due to some cramping in my lower abdomen, mostly on the left side & because I noticed I was passing large white chunks along with my stool (about grape-size). My doctor put me on 2 antibiotics to treat possible diverticulitis or colitis & set up a CT scan. The CT scan showed no Diverticulitis, but did show that my colon wall is thickened, so I'm being sent for a colonoscopy next week.

But what concerns me more is along with an increasing occurrence of bloating, I can feel lumps under the skin, when I touch my abdomen. They seem most noticeable on my upper left side, and less so on my right side. Whenever they are most noticeable, my abdomen seems hardened in general across the top. Can an individual feel polyps by palpitating their own abdomen?

I've been having pains in my lower abdomen for a few years now and doctors thought it was ibs at first but now they don't know my stomach is bloated all the time, bad cramps, low back pain, pelvis pain sometimes, i need to pee all the time!

Ovarian cancer is pretty quiet as far as symptoms go and blood in the urine is not one of the first things you would notice. Usually bloating, constipation, dull ache in the abdomen, vague things we as women tend to ignore.
