Am feeling a little stuffed after eating sometimes (but I was eating small meals while on my diet of blandness) but no bloating like before.
BTW, an aunt recommended Flaxseed Oil (in capsule) as a good dietery supplement to keep things regular. I have been taking anti-gas Legumase before diner and it seems to help (it doesn't hurt at least). Wondering if anyone had any thoughts on that.
It is safe for you to take anything with simethicone in it. That's the active ingredient in gas X. I found that eating fried foods had a bad effect on me. Maybe that's the offender? Carbs can do it sometimes too...
Ya I def look bigger than I should be. I have serious bloating in my belly and I think it's bc I'm eating carbs and high sodium food. Dr basically told me to drink a lot of water and eat more greens and fruits. Hope this helps!
With my evening meal I take 3-4 Beano (before eating) and 3-4 Gas-X (after eating). I take 3 Gas-X at bedtime. Sometimes this helps, sometimes it does not. In an effort not to overdose on them, and since early in the day the gas is less, I usually do not take them with breakfast or lunch. These pills sometimes seem to help, sometimes not.

I had a colonoscopy about 4 months ago and in short everything came out normal. Pretty much straight after my colonoscopy I started to experience pain and bloating in my stomach and kidney area. I thought this was just the after affect of the operation and it would settle down after a few days. Well it's been over 4 months now and I'm in so much discomfort. I have gone back for CT Scans and X Ray's and everything looks normal apparently.

For past 3 weeks, I am experiencing abdominal bloating about 3-4 days per week. My eating habits have changed a bit over past 1.5 mo or so. I used to experience abdominal bloating couple of days before my periods but now it is becoming more frequent. My bowel movements are normal and I have no other pain in abdominal or pelvic or other areas of my body. My body functions are normal for most part. (Btw, I am 41, and weigh 110 lbs).
I want to know what could be behind this bloating?
Late march I have a very tense feeling in the gut (slightly above/below navel) which caused bloating/gas (burping/flatulence) shortly after eating (also feeling full early during eating). It was particularly bad after dinner/main meal. I also had slight anxiety(at lunch) but would go away quickly.

Hello everyone! I'v had bloodwork done and there is nothing indicating a problem. I looklike I am 8 months pregnant. It goes up and down all throughout the day. So it doesn't really have a set time or do it after eating or anything else. I can't pinpoint what could be causing it to do that. It just does it when ever it feels like it although eating doesn't help the situation. I also have had an allergy test done and it didn't indicate that I have any allergies.
I started last week that after I eat I get heart palpations that will start while I am sitting and will remain for hours (2-4) after even if I am up and around. It seems that if I get up after I eat I do not have the palapations. I also have severe upper abdominal bloating and have had that for at least 8 months now, even when I have not eaten a lot. I am soon to be 47 and have hypothryroidism but otherwise healthy except for being overweight.
His problems seem to get worse after eating greasy and spicy foods. He can not sit down after eating or his gas gets worse. He can not get much sleep because of his bloating problem. He does not have problems with constipation or diarrhea. I can hear him burping constantly after eating. He tells me that he can feel pressure or something when the food starts to come back up. He says he does not get heartburn. What could be his problem?
