2 cooked pork sirloin steaks (about 8 oz total) - cut into bite size cubes, 4 med carrots and 2 parsnips - dice, 2 sm onions - peel and coarse chop, 1 c each chicken and beef stock, 1/2 c
red wine, 1/2 t ea
red, white and black pepper, 1 can cooked black beans.
Method: bring the liquid to a boil and add-in all ingredients except the pepper. Simmer on high for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn to med heat and simmer a further 15 min.
