I am a 24 year old female in good heatlh. Recently I noticed what SEEMED to be a pimple, (raised bump that hurt slightly) anyways I spent DAYS trying to pop this thing and it would not give. Now it seemed to be a growth instead of a pimple. Its very hard and under the skin. When I stretch my upper lip u can see it as a white pea sized growth under the skin and SLIGHTLY red border. When my lip is relaxed its just a bit red.
It looks flat in front of my lip and this is good BUT there is a lot of hard tissue inside the lip and some hard swelling in the inner lip. I can not even smile for real, it is so stiff.
Please, please tell me it is normal because I am freaking out. I am massaging it 3 times a day with pure vitamine E oil. Will the hard part "melt", or become softer?

hi, i have been feeling very sore and tender at the bottom by my virgina between my inner thigh and right lip all the way up to the top of my thigh. and i felt this morning when i was in the shower there is a hard ball like at the bottom and its very tender. its been sore now for almost 3 weeks. last week i couldnt sit properly. and when i stand it starts to pain and throb. please advise.

I have a bit of a swollen lip which I wake up to, reduces during the day bit is still always there. It has been there now for about 4 weeks. when it first came, it was obviously visible and intermediate size, but now there is just the bump. I cannot find the problematic area, there is no discolouration of my lip in that area.
It is not noticeable unless I smile, even then it just looks like a bump in my top lip on the right hand side.

The bumps feel firm and look kind of clear or lightly colored buy are inside my lip and not on the surface so its hard to tell. They are both entirely painless and I can feel and move them through my lip or with my tongue. Could they be inflamed lymph nodes, pockets of fluid, or even cancer? What else is in the front portion of the lower lip that could cause this? I am only 18 and have never used any tobacco products so I doubt its cancer. I am also a virgin, so it can't be an STD.
ve scratched a bit too hard because of a yeast infection. So, next time this happens, get some vagisil, or athletes foot cream, or PLAIN yogurt. I know the athletes foot cream is odd, but it works better than the vagisil, I've come to notice. Just take the cream or yogurt, put it on your vagina, wear loose underwear with a panty liner or pad, and put some ice on it to help the swelling.

I had an incident this last weekend, I feel that I may have been put at risk of HIV. I came out of a party and a girl with black teeth and a look of a drug addict approached me an kissed me then bit my bottom lip, she must've thought I was up for it but I'm married and most certainly was not. 3 days ago I bit through my inner bottom lip - it didn't go all the way through but there is bruising on the outside of my lower lip. It was a big gash but i didn't go and get stitches straight away. 12hrs later I went to the clinic and they said they could not stitch the gash up because of tissue (not just a bump on the lip but actual tissue through the gap) protruding through the wound. They said the tissue would shrink within a few days and the lip would heal itself.
I do have Fordyches condition, where I get tiny oil gland bumps on my lip. Howvever, These bumps are a tad bit bigger. They are not noticeable to the naked eye but when I strtech my lip back, I see the there the bumps are. One bump has a white head and the other two are juss pink and kinda smaller. I've had this bump here on my philtrum (the little dip above my lip) for about a week, when I first got it it was very swollen and hurt a bit when i touched it. Now I look at it again it is still swollen but less. When I put my thumb in my lip and index finger outside I can feel a sort of small lump in it that's the size of a small bead that's hard and when I suck in my lips and take a picture I can see it's like a little swollen circle?
