I am registered with local Health Authority and provide yearly sputum samples and twice annual chest x-rays. I am immuno-compromised due to diabetes, repeat pneumonia and viral illness lasting >6 months. What are symptoms of laryngeal and renal TB? (recent x-rays showed unusual on both). Are night sweats 3/5 nights significant to TB? What about coughing with productive (thick white/yellow) sputum, sore throat and difficulty swallowing > 3 weeks.
The numbness and tingling started in lower arms and legs and has progressively spread to entire arms and legs. Also I feel tingling on the top of my head and sometimes the sides of my face. A couple of days ago the left side of my face including left nostril went numb for a few minutes like I was getting a cavity filled. This happed twice in the same day. When I sneeze I feel tingling all over. Sometimes the tingling feels like electric shocks and pins and needles.
The foul, sulfuric rotten egg/bad red wine burps and flatulence (and diarrhea) are mortifying. I have studied the entire human body (in my profession), and have close friendships with several internists. However, I have no health insurance. Based on what I've studied and have been told, the most likely culprits are gastroparesis (very slow emptying of the stomach) OR gall bladder disease.
He was placed on Biaxin and sent home. We are not just finishing week three of this ordeal and he is experiencing extreem fatigue, loss of appetite, vomiting and severe sweating to the point that it looks like he just got out of a shower. The Diabetes is under control with normal numbers taken multiple times a day and the cancer Dr tells us his symptoms are not related to his treatments or cancer. My son cant express what he is feeling and I'm afraid something is very wrong.
I have been to about 30 doctors- including ENT's allergists, neurologists, chiropracters, opthamologists. psychologists, dentists and everything else u can think of. All CT scans, MRI of brain and blood work keep coming back clean and ok. Nothing I try seems to work. There was a period of time about 3 and a half years ago that the symptoms lifted for about 4 months and then it returned full force.
2-) At October 2012, one day i wake up with a sharp pain in the right quadrant and and went to a gastroenterologist. They did an ultrasound and blood test and from these results they told I have liver inflammation. My alt and ast enzyme levels were 2-3 times higher than the normal range. 3-) I followed a diet and lost weight. Then, I did blood tests every 2-month and at the end of 4 months (February 2013), my liver enzymes became normal but the pain continued!

Please tell him not to drive until he stops having symptoms. That is putting himself and other people at risk.
Regular saline irrigation does not work in the upper sinuses, because of gravity, but the Sinus Flush defeats gravity. It works incredibly well with bacterial and viral infections, and some but not all fungal infections. The Flip-Turn is the original, and still the best Sinus Flush. WARNING! DISCLAIMER! The technique in this manual involves bending over in a hot shower. Obviously, if you bend over in a shower, there is a slight possibility that you can get dizzy and fall down.

My husband snuck me in a bag of chips and hour before I was discharged and the pain stopped in about 30 minutes. I was on biaxin for six months for mycoplasma pneumonia and strep in my blood along with clindamycin off and on. I had not ONE attack. Is there a correlation there? And, I read on this wonderful internet that if you have damage to your pancreas, your life is shortened, and you die. Is this true? I have had weight GAIN, not loss.
I can tell you I have been on numerous antibiotics including, Cipro, Tequin, Biaxin, Tetracycline, and Augmentin for either the stomach or urogenital problems. None of them worked! But I do imagine my gut flora is a mess after all these antibiotic series!
I do not have nocturnal erections. I have been checked for diabetes, testosterone and even had a sleep test done. Everything is fine according to the doctors. I started taking L arginine, horny goat weed, Omega 3 and niacin and havent noticed a change. I have also begun stretches of the thighs (side lunges) and back stretches. I am walking at least 10k steps a day with running included in the steps.

It was called Prev-Pak. (amoxicillin, biaxin and prevacid). 14 days of misery. I should have stopped but I was determined to get rid of the H-pylori. Prior to that I had a steroid epidural for shingles down the left sciatic nerve. Unbelievable pain. That was well over 2 years ago and although I have improved very slowly it is defenitely not gone. So I think the combo of those two treatments caused a candida imbalance.
I have been on Omnicef(antibiotic)and it did not work so I got Biaxin( another antibiotic) and humibid and albuterol inhaler. My question is are regular sickness harder to fight off because of our immune system being cr@$PY? Has anyone else had this problem?
She's so fatigued and completely lost her sense of smell and taste which is frightening to my daughter and myself. The dr prescribed biaxin XL and mucinex for her to start today for this "new" infection. She's also taking motrin for the headache pain and has been doing a sinus rinse. We stopped the nasonex as it didn't help the congestion; in fact, it made it worse. I despise all this medication because of all the long term side effects and build up in the body.
Hi,I have posted here in the past and appreciate you service its been a great help.I have had ideopathic gastroparesis for over 2 yrs now and have progressivly lost aprox 20lbs.My weight now is 100-104 flux. Every time I get sick it drops and after some time it will get back to 104.I can not seem to progress beyond this status. I have been on disability since 11/99. My doctor said if I dont see improvement in June, when I was going to return to work,he will just continue the disability.
The cuts healed within 2 to 3 days but they come back after rough intercourse. I've read alot about herpes and all the books and website articles say herpes come in the form of blisters that are filled with fluid and I've experienced nothing like that. I haven't been to the doctor yet because I am so scared. People that I've been involved with in the past few years are clean and my last pap was normal. I tested for having no STD's so I really don't know.
The first thing that happens is a feeling of heat in my shoulders that rapidly intensifies and spreads across the front of my chest up to my neck. And it then quickly spreads down both arms and suddenly that part of my body gets soooooooo weak. I have to stop whatever I'm doing, it's soooo strange and intense. I almost feel like I'm going to collapse. My arms stay weak for a few minutes after while I just try to get myself back together.
At first, the fevers were about 3 weeks apart and lasted 2-3 days. I started calendaring his fevers and they now occur every two weeks- like clockwork. His fevers are occassionally accompnaied by leg pain and stomach pain. During the few days before his fever he is extremely fatigued- tired enough that he falls asleep sitting up. A CBC was done and indicated that he was anemic (his H&H was ~10 and ~30). Two weeks later, his H&H was normal.
I have had chronic bacterial infections in my sinuses, tonsels and throat for the past two months and have been on many rounds of antibiotics, my infections are gone but I was left with a strong deep cough and now phlegm and swelling in my throat. No doctors have been able to tell me what it could be, my ear nose throat specialist said it was most likely acid reflux disease, but I don't buy that.
Between the two doctors, I have been on Zyrtec-D, Flonase, Methylprednisone, Allegra-D, Levaquin, Clairitin, Bactrim, Biaxin, Duratess GP, Nasacort AQ, and Duratuss G. I am currently on Nasacort AQ and Duratuss G. My family doctor and specialist seem to be contradicting each other. Family doctor told me that you can't see the fluid when it is in the eustacheon tube.
She tested my reflexes again and assured me that this should run it's course and leave no residual effects. It's always so great to be reassured, because this week it really feels like my muscles are going into spasms more than they were before. Anyway, stay strong everyone and take care!
Unfortunately, that did not last. I started having the same signs again, and when I tested it was positive again. And ever since I can't get it to be negative again, meaning the candida if that is what I have has become resistant to the supplements that I was using. As I started a new treatment, I will take the test this week-end to see if there is any progress.
