I really enjoy this ritual, and always have my
coffee with a meal, or in the morning, at least
with a big blueberry muffin or
coffee cake, so it absorbs the acids.
If this is your first time, trying coffee on a daily basis, you may want to start with a small cup, to find out how jitterey you will be feeling, about half an hour after you drink. I have gotten jittery before, but then I just eat a meal.
