I have a soda or a cup of coffee per day, sometimes both, it's not a big deal, don't stress, most are precautions, your not gonna die and your baby will be fine, they say don't eat lunch meat, fish, caffeine, don't tan, don't dye hair, don't drink wine, bla bla bla, just as long as its in moderation your baby won't be harmed, for the first like 4 months I craved turkey sandwiches and I ate them, and everyone I know who has kids has done the same and everyone is fine.
