Decaff contains little to no caffeine while regular coffee contains high amounts of caffeine. Caffeine can cause MANY problems. I would name them all but it would take me a very long time. Decided to do some additional investigation on my own and one of my sources was the American Cancer Society funding of liver disease. Wonder if the limitation of Coffee was because of Caffiene? We do know that Caffiene does play a part in certain cardiovascular diseases. Hep C meds can cause tachycardia as well as arrhythmia's and could be contraindicated with Caffiene.

For fair skinned people 20 minutes is enough, as then the skin is saturated and cannot produce more vitamin D. For darker skins more is needed. You should get out of the sun, as soon as the skin becomes slightly pink. Anything more than that can be dangerous. The more protection one uses, the less vitamin D one gets out of it. I personally only use sun screen when I'm out on the beach.
