- never drink just water or plain tea or coffee - always drink juice, or coffee / tea with lots of milk, milk alone, or something else with calories
- eat lots
of nuts and nut
butter - put peanut
butter on crackers and apples, etc., add nuts and granola to yogourt, etc.
- eat avocados, and dried fruits
- only eat whole grain breads, pastas, etc.
- eat lots of snacks...
Do you have much appetite? This has been my biggest problem, but I am hypothyroid rather than hyper.
