Other than 1 small cup of coffee 3-5 days out fo the week I only drink water. I have read that it is ok to have up to 2 cups of coffee a day. (I never do 2 anyways). What do you all think?....should I be ok or stop drnking coffee all together.

Possible side affects is a small head at birth and behavior issues later in life like ADD and ADHD but it's not been proven.
