Hello, First possibility is of a fungal infection of the belly button which may produce foul smelling yellowish or black discharge from the fungus and belly button is a humid place for fungus to thrive. If however the discharge is present throughout then possibility of a fistula is there where an abnormal passage forms between one organ like intestines and the outside of the skin. I have discharge coming from my belly button and I can see all the way in, i saw and my little sisters belly button is closed. I'm kind of worried is it dangerous that my belly button isn't closed all the way?

I have done another test this morning still negative going to get an appointment with the doctor on monday, but this morning i have had cramp pains like i was coming on and found a brownish discharge and all day today fills like i leaking but all there is, is clear discharge. For the last several years (I have no idea when this started, I just began noticing it), I have had yellow, crusty discharge coming from my belly button. It is not continuous, but rather comes and goes every week or so. I am a very clean person and bathe/shower regularly, and I am not very overweight (5"4' at 130lbs), so I don't believe it is lint or dried sweat or anything, It smells very bad, and is sometimes so strong that I can smell it through my shirt.

My belly button gets so painful when its starting to pop out, I have never had discharge from my belly button, theres no holes there, maybe it was a pimple and it poped?

A couple months back (not sure how many) I started having problems with my belly button. The problem then was it was very red and irritated it and a smelly brownish i'll say discharge and it was itchy. I was going to see a doctor but i was told it was a yeast infection. I cleaned it out everyday with antibacterial soap, it then went away. So now a few months later its back but this time there is no discharge its not red or itchy and does not smell.

I can't fully understand what you're saying, but from what you've said this is the first time in a year you've had sex. If this is true, the movement would be gas and nothing more. I'm not sure why your belly button would be going in and out. I've never heard of that before. If you suspect pregnancy, take a test with first morning urine in about a week or so, but if you got a normal period after you had sex, I doubt you're pregnant.

I am a 19yr old female. I have a smelly discharge and pain radiating from my belly button. It is also very itchy.

This morning I go up and again there was the discharge and very very painful, not just in belly button but my stomach area all around belly button and inside as well. I feel nauseous at times and it hurts bad.

hi, im 13 and my belly button has really been bothering me. at first, it would just be wet inside (i have an innie) and it would smell a little. but now, it is itchy, a blackish-brown color, smells bad and produces a discharge that dries up and leaves a crust and has small bumps around it. can you please help me with this?

now the day after I asked mom and she said after birth because your ambilical cord hadnt cut well the doc burned it. and now the day after I feel pain inside of my belly button and seems oil still is there and I fear if it will become infected as I feel pain when I lay on it or touch. what should I do? should I use any antibiotics? is there anything to worry about?

Thats really weird I have four peircings currently and five tattoos and never been asked that! And no belly rings don't have to be removed, there are pregnancy belly rings you can buy! Thank god because that's my favorite peircing I have.

I'm 5'4" i was 130 pre pregnancy and also had a deep belly button, my belly button has popped out a little, it is still in but just barely and i am 26 weeks. the top of my belly button has a hard bump in it.
