I have a bacterial infection in my stomach. I was in the hospital and got out 2 days ago. Most of the symptoms I had is gone. I had diarree, fever, vomiting, nausea and stomach cramps. But I still am nauses. It cames and goes, but its driving my nuts. And it feels like I dont have any energy in my body. Will I get beter? And what can I take or do to speed up my recovery?
