back rash acne

Pt is a 23 yo Caucasian male presenting with a rash over the entirety of his back with blotchy concentration on the lateral area over the latissimus dorsi and solid concentration over the shoulder area. The rash is red in nature, does not itch, is not raised. The severity comes and goes without known cause, but remains constantly. Presentation began 2 months ago and has increased in severity since. Pt has no known food or drug allergies.

I have been having this random cluster of red acne like spots on the upper middle of my back. I'm not sure if it's acne or a rash from my laundry detergent? I've been using benzoyl peroxide acne cream but it's still there. It used to be raised a little like acne but now its all flat.

For months now, I've had this patch of extremely itchy pimples and rash between my breasts(some of them ARE pimples, I 'popped' a couple by itching and got cores). They didn't spread until recently, but nothing(creams, cleansers, etc) helped them stop itching or clear up. In the last month, they've spread to cover my entire chest, upper arms(down to short sleeve length), and upper back pretty solidly.

hello i am 38 /M from india, for past 3 months am working out lot to reduce weight, jus one month back, i ve lot of red itchy bumps appearing on my chest , back and underarms, one or two in elbows. they stay for 4-5 days and produce white head , and dries with black mark. exactly one month ago, i had an encounter with a callgal, jus masturbated on her body without penetration, near her thighs, am worried is this heatrash, or adult acne, or anything with STD.

ve had acne on my chest and back (hence the prescription) but this whitehead rash is brand new. I usually have cystic acne..

well these bumps dont itch me i went to a dermatologist and he said it might have been back acne and he gave some cream for it but yet to see results.

so there were a few days there that my face was broke out i thought it was acne then yesterday woke up with rash on arms ans chest and back..

My side effects from vitamin B12 injections (4 injections in 4 weeks) was a 4 month acne rash on my face, chest and belly, and i also had 3 days of extreme shortness of breath. Every once in a while i get a slight pain in the arm where i had the vitamin B12 injections years ago. My skin has never been the same since the acne incident and i have plenty of blackheads over my chest and belly that i never suffered with until those 4 injections.

It started on the chin...i came and went away. But everytime it came back it would spread. I used various creams on my face including a strong steriod cream for a while. Within the last 3 months I has covered the bottom of my chin and is coming up on my cheek and spreading slowing down to my neck, I fear. approximately 5 weeks after a potential hiv exposure i had a dozen or so spots, acne like appear on my chest. i have not broken out in acne for many years and given so many appeared at once i was wondering if this could be HIV related rash? I picked and squeezed alot of them due stress and now it looks terrible. I have since gone for HIV testing and am waiting the results, could i get a false negative if this was HIV (does the rash signify the window period is closed?

Back acne means you have acne (zits, bumps, etc.) on your back. Backache means your back hurts.

and about two weeks later the rash came back with similar looking bumps. Also, on the second month I was prescribed an antibiotic called "sulphameth" or something like that ( I can't remember.) When the rash appeared I stopped taking the antibiotic but continue with accutane, Today, I was at an Obama rally and it was very hot because everyone was close together.
