
Other differentials will be a dermatitis, a fungal infection, allergic reactions, keratosis pilaris and a sweat
rash.
Acne is common and may involve the
back and arms. For extensive cases, your physician may prescribe you with medications. However, I suggest that you have this assessed first. The differentials noted above each have varying forms of management.
A complete physical examination is necessary.
