I've tried everything from clindamycin to minocyclin to tretinoin to bactrim (which gave me a rash and high fever, turns out I'm allergic to it) to birth control pills... to no avail.

Oh welcome to the club. Sorry my face so awful till 10 or 11 weeks that was unreal. I'm 34 and still having adult acne on top of hormonal acne. They can't give you too much stuff like meds for it right now. You gotta hold on and later it should get better. After I delivered my 2nd baby my face was awful again. Yeah ... hormonal craziness. But I use tea tree oil pads off of amazon to clean my face with. Very natural and it does help to reduce inflammation.

m curious why more studies have not been conducted to study the correlation between phentermine and acne? Acne is not listed as a possible side effect of phentermine, but phentermine is considered a methamphetamine; methamphetamines are known to causes acne. I am a biology teacher and am frustrated that medical professionals are not confirming the overwhelming reports of acne being associated with phentermine. Is it a conspiracy????
I'm an 18 yr old female, relatively healthy, and in about the beginning of may I decided to try to take Vitex to try to balance my hormones. I've had irregular periods since I hit puberty, my period can skip months and it's never ever regular. I've also suffered from mild hormonal acne. I am a 22 year old female who suffered from bulimia for almost 2 years. Over the past 12 months I have been in recovery (dramatically reduced episodes from daily to monthly) , and over the past 2-3 months I have been completely bulimia free.
During my bulimia I lost my periods completely and it is only since I started recovering 12 months ago that they returned.
I had been prescribed a supplement for the treatment of acne and the salts in that supplement contain myo -inositol, D-Chiron Inositol, Chromium and Vitamin D3 and I have been taking these for 3 months now. I haven't been diagnosed with any PCOS or hormonal imbalance in my reports. After three years on it, I began to suffer from bad chin/jawline and back acne, and was menstruating for two weeks at a time.
