i am 38 /M from india, for past 3 months am working out lot to reduce weight, jus one month back, i ve lot of red itchy bumps appearing on my chest , back and underarms, one or two in elbows. they stay for 4-5 days and produce white head , and dries with black mark.

It could just be acne due to sweat, its very common, and you can't get warts from masturbating unless your finger has a wart on it and you use that finger.
As for the butt acne I would get that too from sweating a lot and staying in the same clothes I sweat in (from p.e. I had it at the end of the day). So maybe try changing your bottoms more frequently if you feel sweaty. I hope this helps :) also drink lots of water and stay away from junk food as much as possible.
I also have acne on my back, so there tends to be broken skin on my back where I sometimes scratch or pick the acne. He also kissed my upper and lower back several times, so I worry he could have transmitted oral herpes as well to the area.

ive had the same thing as you, it cant be dermitattis because it doesnt itch, not bed bugs also because it doesnt itch, not an alergic reaction sutch as hives because its not sore, if you have been sweating alot lately this could be a fungus that you get from sweating and not properly cleaning yourself afterwards things i sugest shower with warm watter put a cram called Xyloderm that is produced by AstraZeneca place it on top of each red bumps if it still shows after a week then it could be aler

You can try the proactive body wash. It really does work I've never had back acne but when i was younger i had face acne. My mom bought me the proactive and it cleared up. My little sis had back acne we got her the body wash and it reduced back acne. I've seen it work maybe it'll work for you as well.
Okay so Ive been suffering from acne for about 5 years or so, and Ive never experienced anything like this. I woke up one morning and noticed that I had very small whiteheads on the left side of my face. I'm 24 years old male and I have a bit of a problem with my skin care routine. It seems that I have been overusing my facial scrub for far too long (and extrenely often) which ultimately led to my face being quite rubbed off and "damaged". I even got acne (black/whiteheads) from using it and my forehead skin (where I applied the most pressure) is redish and rugged. I recently (one week ago) stopped using any facial products because my skin obviously needs a rest.
I have been having this random cluster of red acne like spots on the upper middle of my back. I'm not sure if it's acne or a rash from my laundry detergent? I've been using benzoyl peroxide acne cream but it's still there. It used to be raised a little like acne but now its all flat.
