baby not eating teething

i have a 18 week french bulldog puppy who is not eating properly , we feed him royal canin puppy food with some soft food mixed and about a week ago he started to leave the dry food and just eat the soft food out of his bowl ,now he isnt eating that much at all seems to just sniff his food and walk away them pick at it later in the day whereas normally he would eat it as soon as it was put in his bowl.

An besides teethn rings what could i use for the pain an as this is my first child, what should i keep an eye out for?

Milk should be given at all meals instead of juice, especially if he is not eating the meals that well. If you want him to have juice (100% juice), then give it (in a cup) with a healthy snack in the afternoon. The bottle at night is fine if he will not give that up or give him an evening snack with milk just before bed. Hope that helps you.

My sister has an 8 month old baby that is teething. She got a mesh teething bag and puts frozen strawberries in it and lets her chew on it. The mesh keeps the baby from eating the strawberry, but allows cold comfort for the sore gums. It also gives them something hard to chew on that will help the teeth to come through. Good luck!

My daughter is going on 4 months next wk. When I see her chewing on her hands, I automatically think that she's hungry. There are times where she'll eat, & times she won't. The times she won't, I figure that she's cranky. Then, I rock her. She goes to sleep. It seems like she's sleeping more than eating. She still makes wet & dirty diapers, but I feel like she's not eating as much anymore. Should I be worried?

So Bailey is 7 months old now and he's got his 2 bottom teeth, and has just cut through his 1st top tooth, and he has been really miserable. What bothers me the most is he's really off his food at the moment, and is only wanting his bottle every 3 hours. Do you think this is normal? my second got her first after 11 months. The next tooth didn't come til over a month later. and it has continued like that. Now, at 16 months, she still only has 4 teeth! The poor kid has been "teething" forever. Not that it has slowed her down at all. She's been eating everything, including steak, since 8 months! We just cut it small.

So my some will be 6 months this month and he's teething. A little white speck is starting to come out. Well this morning when I woke up I felt him a little warm and indeed he did have a fever. Both of my babies are teething. I bought some baby oral gel and it helps a little. They don't like taking it but helps them, especially the nightime formula. I bought them 3 different teething binky and teething rings but they are not working. I don't think I am ready for this stages (the more fussy stage)....lol.

about a month ago she had a cold and started eating less but not as badly as the last two and a half weeks. Before that she was eating wonderfully. Now it's a struggle to put a few spoonfuls inside and almost a battle. I have to try and calm myself not trying to force feed her because of the long-term negative effects it can have on her. i was under the impression that they should be getting a minimum of 24 oz in a 24 hour period, and Cash had been drinking 24 - 28 oz a day along with baby food twice a day. The past week though it has been like pulling teeth to get 24 oz in him. He looooooves his baby food and eats it no problem and I haven't increased his food intake at all. He used to drink four 7oz bottles, but now he really doesn't seem interested in two of the bottles.

I already know getting him to sleep from his swing to his crib is going to be a nightmare but i am wanting to fix this issue before moving him. I have tried night time orajel and it helped a little but not much, i will try the teething tablets next. Thanks everyone.

I think you should take him to the doctor to get him checked out as something is hurting, he may be teething are his gums red,sometime teeth dont come in till a year old this isnt unusual, has he any diarrea or constipation, is he being breast or bottle fed ?

she is teething even thou no teeth have broken thru yet so i am curious if this can be linked to teething? her ears were checked st last visit and they were good so not ear infection. she reaches behind ear and pinches like something is there?
