Low sodium in blood, hypothyroidism and malabsorption syndromes (possible as you have green stools) causing low protein in blood have to be looked into. I think you should check your kidney function by blood and 24 hr urine test. Were you born with hep b or acquired as an adult? There are some research papers that state hep b causes kidney issues because the virus travels to the kidneys. As far as symptoms you are describing , hep b causes no symptoms but kidney function decline does.
