959034 tn?1253671476 If you take any B vitamins before sleeping you will have very lucid, vivid dreams. having vivid dreams that you remember may be a sign that you are awaking frequently during REM which is a sympton of Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome.
Avatar n tn First talk to your docter about the vivid dreams and you can try the B 12 vitamins that will help keep you awake during the day
Avatar f tn Calcium, magnesium and iron supplements are the most important to separate from thyroid medication (including T3) by at least 4 hours (if you can't get that much separation, separate by, at least, 3 hrs). If you're taking more than 600 mg calcium, it should be split into 2 doses, since the body can only absorb 600 mg at one time - you can take 600 mg at dinner time and 600 mg at bedtime. There's no need to limit dairy to dinner time...
Avatar m tn This is normal with B vitamins. You will notice this happens if you use nutrtional yeast, too.
Avatar f tn i am also on pregesterone ( vaginal) twice a day. not very fun..... could the dreams be b/c of these? for the past 2 days i havent slept well..
Avatar m tn One of the rare side effects of Wellbutrin is abnormal dreams. You might want to talk to your doctor about discontinuing it to see if the dreams stop.
Avatar f tn Ask your psychiatrist to divide your antidepressant dose in two, to take once in the morning and once in the evening. This can reduce sedation. Holy basil not only reduces cortisol but can also reduce blood sugar, which can make you feel tired when it starts to wear off. I find it does this to me, so I only take it when needed -- it might not do this if taken regularly but it's something to consider.
Avatar f tn I take mine in the morning haven't had any issues except the days I'm sick all day I'll take them at night before bed, maybe try switching brands or something? It's just extra vitamins I don't think you should get night mares from them although I have read stories relating to pregnancy itself causing nightmares not the actual vitamins also pregnancy dreams can be very arousing so maybe it's just your pregnancy no the actual pre natal?
3063937 tn?1352422855 Also vitamins b-6 and b-12 to help with fatigue. And they also sell a med OTC at Walmart called restless legs u can take before bed that will help with the legs at night also and as always get ya a good multi vitamin.
Avatar f tn There an awful lot of them that might help. I'd recommend you find a holistic nutritionist for help with this. They'll help to make you as strong as they can, and with so many things to choose from and not knowing what meds you might be taking, they can help with the trial and error of finding what works. Diet is also very important for this particular problem, more so than supplements.
1808884 tn?1324345703 MAKE SURE TO TAKE VITAMIN B-12, MULTI-VIT, VIT-C, CALCIUM (NOT AT THE SAME TIME AS C OR THE C WILL KILL THE CALCIUM), MAGNESIUM. I AM TAKING FOLIC ACID WITH B-12. I WOULD MAKE SURE THAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU BY LOOKING IT UP ON LINE, IT'S PROBABLY OK!
Avatar f tn Cat, Try to load up on gatorade & bananas as well. DOnt know about the 5HTP, but Vit B, C and Calcium has helped me with the leg stuff. Stay the course!

7975661 tn?1403095318 I study a lot on dreams. And losing teeth/having weird teeth dreams is one of the most common dreams people have in America. I looked it up after having them for awhile and it usually means you're under a lot of stress or anxiety, nervous about something, or angry. Whether in your conscious or subconscious state. Dreams are strange but most of them tell a story.
1509970 tn?1290036714 If you have been tested and are actually B deficient or in the low end of normal range, you can ask your doctor about this (it's a Rx supplement here in the US): http://www.pamlab.com/Products,Cerefolin Hopefully the National Health will cover it where you are, otherwise it can be kind of pricey. Since it's componded with N-acetylcysteine, it may help the liver, besides providing vitamin B in a form the body can use without going the shot or sublingual route.
Avatar f tn All the time hun, I've found things with B vitamins are what cause them to be so vivid.
Avatar f tn I take a cayenne pepper supplement for metabolism support, an acai+superfruit supplement, super b complex and a multivitamin. Is it safe to take all these together and does the cayenne pepper supplement help you lose weight?
Avatar n tn If it's a prenatal, it probably contains iron, vit C and B vitamins, all of which can stimulate you and wake you up... They're great for the morning, but not so good to take at night. Good night time vitamins that promote relaxation are magnesium, zinc and calcium.
Avatar f tn B vitamins "are" water soluble, but that only means they need water to be absorbed, not fat. Fat-soluble vitamins need fat to be absorbed. Some water-soluble vitamins "can" be toxic if over-ingested. The majority will be eliminated in the urine if not used, but if taken in HUGE quantities the body can't eliminate the excess fast enough.
Avatar f tn If I take anything contains B6, I begin having dreams like that; as soon as I stop taking whatever has the B6, the dreams stop.
