Then I just got a 2nd opinion and this dr said to quit Atenolol,Isosobide and Ranexa and start Azor and Bystolic and he wants me to have a Cardiolite stress test. I really do not see an improvement with Azor and Bystolic-I think I have just as much angina maybe more on these 2 drugs. My question is what will stress test show that the heart cath didn't show?

I an 51 years old I visited about 3 neurologists in my lifetime since i was about 10 years old. the last neurologist put me on epilim and azor .5mg - it seem to keep the dizzyness away. if i became dizzy, I was down for quite a few heavy sleeping hours. as soon as i woke up, it was gone. I could never play netball in school, or go dancing with flashing lights etc. since about a year ago, i started having other symptoms as well.

I recently stopped the flecainide and have had no significant a-fib that I can discern, although some skipped beats. I do continue to take bystolic and azor for high blood pressure. However, since discontinuing the flecanide, I have had what I would describe as a pounding heartbeat (not rapid), dizziness, and consistent blood pressure readings of 140s/50s.

I stopped Azor 5/20 mg about one month ago, still having side effects. Has anyone stopped bp pills and had side effects lasting this long. I was on the drug for two years. Stopped because I started getting side effects that I first got when I started the pill.

CT scan shows no pancreas abnmormality. EGD just yesterday shows no ulcers.He has just taken me off the nexum, lipitor and azor. No ETOH, no NSAIDS etc. Every time I eat I have this pain. It is driving me crazy. I had been taking ibuprofin for the pain.

Has anyone here hadan RAI for hyperthy? Can you tell me a little bit about what to expect. I'm very nervous about this because of what happens when the gland begins to die and starts dumping hormones in the blood stream. I read it can cause a storm and with my heart problems and high blood pressure, I'm terrified! Does anyone know if being on high does of beta blocker will help this. I'm currently on 400 mg of PTU per day, 200 mg of atenolol, and Azor for BP as well.

I never had a problem until I had my first baby and a week later my bp was 161/110 2nd baby after a week shot up to 191/110. Took forever to go down and was finally put on Azor 5/40 plus a water pill. I went off because my bp was normal after a year or 2, then one night I had a heavy chest, I took my bp and it was 180/108. What concerns me is my diastolic stays high, in the morning my bp can go down to 120/90, the disatolic remains high. or I get readings of 150/99 to 117/91.

I am concerned. I take Azor for high blood pressure, I also have been exposed to TB (1987 took INH and B6 six months) I also have lactose intolerance, I take enzyme for. Should I take this medicine? My blood pressure is controlled with the medication. If I take the digestive enzyme could that eleviate the problem of lactose intolerant? I don't know what to do.

I have had no experience with eSight. Why is her vision so bad? Does she have macular degeneration? amblyopia. If her eye was normal except no lens in it cataract glasses like + 24 should help. That is a very high power and she may have pathological small eyes (nanophthalmos). She needs to see a "Low Visual Aid" specialist. that is an Eye MD ophthalmologist or optometrist that helps people with subnomral vision find the best devices to help them deal with their disability.

You know how at the moment you have the data for trackers which are in chart or graph form on the left hand side of the chart/graph? Could you put the information on the right hand side as well? The stretch between is long enough that by the time you're looking at information on the right side, it's difficult to see which numbers it relates to.

I have been having bouts of double vision for the past year. I have been screened for MS and a brain tumor. Doctor's stuck. Has anyone had a problem with this, too. AND the condition is permanent and cannot be improved then you are legally blind and might benefit from a visual aid evaluation or vocational or occupational therapy training. Most states have a services for the blind (terrible name) bureau.

After that bit of history my question to the medical experts is, the night before the vision problem started I had taken an over the counter sleep aid, Doxylamine Succinate 25mg (1 Tablet) could this with the other medication have contributed to my change of vision or is it purely coincidental? I will mention that field vision tests have been carried out and this shows that I only missed 1 light to the extreme lower left of my visual field and central vision is perfect. Thank you...

Your visual health should not be neglected b/c of your financial situation. If I had ignored my problems just b/c I couldn't pay I'd already be completely blind at the age of 24 (for some reason I noticed that I keep typing 23 as my age, maybe my subconscious is trying to tell me something, lol). Thanks to eye medications containing benzalconium chloride to which I appear to be allergic, I have a deterioration of vision due to scarring. The visual effect is similar to that caused by keratoconus (see Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Kc_simulation.jpg) and for point of light, I see about 5 degraded images (again see Wikipedia http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/d/d7/Kc_simulation2.png/220px-Kc_simulation2.png).

So i have been in a monogamous relationship for around 10 months. As far as I know neither of us has slept with anyone else. We have had unprotected sex before.
