azor tablets

by 9 am I feel shaky, and can not concentrate. 1st thing in the morning is 3 tablets azor .5mg each and 1 eltroxin for my underactive "skildklier" which Ihave for about 2 years now. the wobbly legs , slurr speach and pain in legs started about a year ago. but the last one was on the 17th of July 2012. there is just no pattern, it is a thing that start so suddrnly, unbelievable, and then lights out for me, I have to sleep it of for a few hours, lying down does not help.

Then I just got a 2nd opinion and this dr said to quit Atenolol,Isosobide and Ranexa and start Azor and Bystolic and he wants me to have a Cardiolite stress test. I really do not see an improvement with Azor and Bystolic-I think I have just as much angina maybe more on these 2 drugs. My question is what will stress test show that the heart cath didn't show?

I recently stopped the flecainide and have had no significant a-fib that I can discern, although some skipped beats. I do continue to take bystolic and azor for high blood pressure. However, since discontinuing the flecanide, I have had what I would describe as a pounding heartbeat (not rapid), dizziness, and consistent blood pressure readings of 140s/50s.

I stopped Azor 5/20 mg about one month ago, still having side effects. Has anyone stopped bp pills and had side effects lasting this long. I was on the drug for two years. Stopped because I started getting side effects that I first got when I started the pill.

CT scan shows no pancreas abnmormality. EGD just yesterday shows no ulcers.He has just taken me off the nexum, lipitor and azor. No ETOH, no NSAIDS etc. Every time I eat I have this pain. It is driving me crazy. I had been taking ibuprofin for the pain.

Has anyone here hadan RAI for hyperthy? Can you tell me a little bit about what to expect. I'm very nervous about this because of what happens when the gland begins to die and starts dumping hormones in the blood stream. I read it can cause a storm and with my heart problems and high blood pressure, I'm terrified! Does anyone know if being on high does of beta blocker will help this. I'm currently on 400 mg of PTU per day, 200 mg of atenolol, and Azor for BP as well.

I never had a problem until I had my first baby and a week later my bp was 161/110 2nd baby after a week shot up to 191/110. Took forever to go down and was finally put on Azor 5/40 plus a water pill. I went off because my bp was normal after a year or 2, then one night I had a heavy chest, I took my bp and it was 180/108. What concerns me is my diastolic stays high, in the morning my bp can go down to 120/90, the disatolic remains high. or I get readings of 150/99 to 117/91.

I am concerned. I take Azor for high blood pressure, I also have been exposed to TB (1987 took INH and B6 six months) I also have lactose intolerance, I take enzyme for. Should I take this medicine? My blood pressure is controlled with the medication. If I take the digestive enzyme could that eleviate the problem of lactose intolerant? I don't know what to do.

My life has changed so much since 06 ive had two ops now to remove glands that were affected and my neck looks beautiful ha. I think i need to sort the right brand of tablets for me at the mo im on 150 levo which i feel is ok i only have mood swings when it is pmt time so my husband is very careful around me ha. Hope i can get some answers would be nice to here that someone is like me .

Hi all I'm 6 weeks pregnant. Is anybody taking iron tablets. Is it a must. I am not enjoying taking these tablets at all.

I'm on exactly the same as you 3 times a day. Before taking them I felt so faint every time I stood up it was horrible :/ must of been due to low iron and low blood pressure. Not a nice time when you go to the toilet though!!!

My doctor advised me iron tablets, but none of the suits me, please advice solution.

Most cough and cold medications are actually okay to take with Warfarin, as long as they don't contain any steroid or non-steroidal antiinflammatory (like Advil or Motrin). These also thin the blood, and can be a problem when combined with Warfarin. For a cough, try something like guaifenesin, like Robitussin Severe Congestion Liquagels or Mucinex. Avoid dextramethorphan, like Robitussin DM.

thanks for all your help, i am not taking the sleeping tablet anymore, i spoke with my sis in law she is a doc, she told me that i had only been on them a short time so there would be no withdrawels, i slept pretty bad last night but not as bad as i thought i would, i am more angry with the doc for putting me in the situation, i am a nurse but we dont use these tablets where i work,so i had no prior knowledge to them i stupidly assumed because the doctor was giving them to me and he never mentio

Due to the nature of salt tablets and the way that salt naturally interacts with the stomach you probably want find any Salt tablets that dont cause nausea. I have found the best thing to do is just add salt to everything. Little and often is absorbed a lot better than one big dose all in one go.

On the few occasions that this happens the Doc prescribes a short 30mg 6 tablets a day course of Prednisolone tablets which usually clears up my Asthma symptoms. My concern is the side effects that are related to Prednisolone tablets i.e. thinning of the bonnes, what I would like to know is would it be a good idea to take calcium tablets on a regular basis or just when I’m on the Prednisolone or are they worth taking at all? Any advice would be most appreciated.
