Before I do however, I would like to counsel you that your decision to take cefixime and azithromycin and then ask questions is backwards. These antibiotics would be effective against nearly all bacterial STIs including gonorrhea, chlamydia, NGU, and for syphilis prevention however they will also just confuse further assessment.
Your exposure was low risk at most. I will answer your questions in order.
1. It is not clear from your post whether you gave or received oral sex.
0 grams (4 500 mg pills) taken at one time is just as effective as penicillin for syphilis treatment however, there are some cases of treatment failures with azithromycin for syphilis treatment and many of the treatment failures have come from San Francisco where you apparently live. Thus this is a matter of concern.
While many people will be cured by therapy of early syphilis with azithromycin, the dose you have received is not the recommended dose.

It seems you either had NGU due to the oral sex exposure, or relapse of your previous prostatitis. From you description, I cannot tell which -- but the timing is right for NGU, perhaps due to normal mouth bacteria. You have been treated in the standard way with azithromycin, in a dose that also would have cured gonorrhea (although I doubt that is what you had).
1) HIV and chlamydial infection are very rare, if they occur at all, from oral sex.
Monday of this week, I noticed what looked like an ingrown hair on my scrotum. I FREAKED OUT!! Syphilis came to mind. I overreacted and took a 1000 mg pill of Azithromycin in the morning and one that night. Still freaking out on Tuesday, I googled more and saw where recommened dose was 2 grams in a single dose. I took 2, 1000 mg pills immediately. The chancre seems to be fading, but Im still freaking out. Will the amount of Azitromycin ive taken cure or stop any progression of any STDs?
00PM on day 0, took 1g Azithromycin at 2:45 on day 0, and had sex with my gf at 9:00AM on day 1, had sex with my gf again on day 2 in the evening, and noticed the symptoms on day 3. On day 4 I took 500mg of Azithromycin in the afternoon. It is now day 5. I don't know why my symptoms started to appear more than 24 hours after taking Azithromycin. I have read lots of your post concerning biaxin and azithromycin and whether they cure syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia and NGU. I have found that biaxin is chemically different than azithromycin but biologically same at killing bacteria as azithromycin. On some post you say that azithromycin or clarithromycin(biaxin) would cure all the bacterial stds then in others you state that there could be some problems.

Furthermore, had you contracted infection, it is most likely that you would have acquired either gonorrhea, chlamydia or NGU and the amount of azithromycin you took should be curative for each of these. Thus, to summarize your situation:
1. This was a no risk exposure. It was condom protected. STDs are not spread through masturbation
2. Even in the off chance that you were infected, the amount of azithromycin you took 2.

Had you been exposed, the azithromycin and cefixime would have prevented infection. You had negative gonorrhea and chlamydia tests. STDs don't cause abdominal pain that "comes and goes" and do not cause breast pain. Your wife's symptoms have nothing to do with the sexual exposure you are obsessed about. You haven't given her any infection. Do your best to stop worrying about it.
I have already taken Azithromycin Zitromax 1g yesterday and I havent had symptoms apart from a cough now and again.

I went to the doctor and got tested and as a precaution he gave me a shot of rocephin and 2 pills 500 mg of azithromycin. In a week my symptoms were gone but my tests for infection came back negative so i slept with the girl again and the next day my symptoms all came back. I've taken doxicyclin (one week), ciproflaxin(one week) and azithromycin(one week) with very little success. My symptoms seem to have went down a little with the azithromycin but have not left me.

It was dark and did not notice any lesions on his penis, but am extremely worried of having contracted some STDs. I took 2 g of Azithromycin this morning. Can anyone please tell me what are my risks of having contracted HIV, or any type of STD and should you recommend any testing, how long should i wait before taking the tests?
Your existing antibiotic treatment would probably cure most bacterial stds if present including most NGU bacteria and Gon.
I am unable to get a STD test due to facilities closing pretty early and will get one in a couple months but do you think the 1g would have cured gonnoreha, chlamydia, and syphilis if I did have it? I did not notice any bumps on him and he said he gives blood and nothing has come back wrong (although I am not sure how long ago that was).
we do recommend the rocephin shot and also a one time dose of azithromycin. give the clinic a call monday and ask if they forgot to give you that dose so you can get it and treat these both properly.
Your risk of getting an STD from having received oral sex is low, even if your partner had an STD and chances are that he did not. Of the bacterial STDs only gonorrhea and nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) are transmitted through oral sex; chlamydia is not and without an obvious sore or lesion on your partner’s mouth, the chances of syphilis and herpes is likewise tiny.
Its not sensitive to touch etc, no pain when squeezed. Tested negative for STDs, urinalysis was fine and i have no symptoms besides this. No discharge, rash, bumps, anything.

Even if your partner is infected, the chance of STD or HIV transmission is low for any particular exposure. And your azithromycin (Z pak) treatment would reliably prevent most treatable STDs, including all chlamydia, almost all gonorrhea, and probably all nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). Some syphilis is resistant to azithromycin, but heterosexually transmitted syphilis is rare in this situation.
I am afraid i have genital herpes also. When i went to get std tested they gave me a azithromycin for chlamydia and other stds. The ithyness in my penis is less and i get fewer discharges. Is it possible that the girl from the previous 3yrs gave me herpes and i had no symptons untill i recently had unprotected sex again. I never had herpes around my mouth or my genitals.
