I am on medication Monteluckast-10mg once daily, Fexofenadine-180mg once daily, Budamate rotacaps-400mg twice daily and Nasal Spray- Azelastine and FLuticasone. I have chest pain in the right side of my chest, it is like piercing something from inside and tightness in the upper part of the chest. Having IgE value- 498 In Chest X-Ray the report is: 1. Increased vascularity is noted in the left parahilarand right paracardiac area. 2.No evidence of filtration. 3.

My doctor put me on a medication called SYNAREL Nasal Spray for the next six months. Just wondering if anyone else was on this nasal spray? Side effects? I've been on it for 2.5 weeks. I've had horrible headaches daily, extreme fatigue and muscle and joint pain. My doctor does not think this is related to the Synarel. Anyone with similar experience?

I'm not to sure what side effects they have but I was going to use them n the pharmacist Wouldnt sell it me, try A few drops of olbas oil in water that worked better then vicks for me i think it's alot more stronger

My EN&T problem that brought me to this community is night time congestion . I have tried many decongestant products, some over-the-counter and a couple prescription formulations. I have fond that the only thing, pill or spray, that really clears the nasal passages for me is the "Afrin" type nasal spray. both of ours symptoms get resolved if we take antihistamine like cetrizine + montelukast. thanks friggy,my husband say it might because the nasal spray tht i use everyday (i got dust alergy) i just got sudafed frm chemist cause its work so i never went to doctor for it,tht its now affect my scent of smell too. i knw ishould not not use the sudafed everyday but my nose blocked everyday so i been using it over this last 6 months,u think it might have something to do with it too?
