Now, two months later I was retested and my levels are higher, at 200. My dr is now sending me for a transvaginal sonnogram as well as to a gastroentinologist for a consult.

The result is the amount of TSH in your blood, the reference range is simply the range THAT lab uses to determine if your result is "normal" or not. Reference ranges are usually determined by the method the lab uses to analyze a certain parameter - in this case TSH,.

Basically, and this is very basic, for strength, you generally need protein, for energy and endurance you need complex carbohydrates, and for antioxidant protection you need electrolytes and lots of colored vegetables.
Avatar n tn I second the recommendation to read "Safe Uses of Cortisol" by William Jeffries if you have any issues with fatigue and adrenal insufficiency.
