Is there a class action suit pending or being organized against manufactuers of ReStor IOL multifocal lenses?

Actos belongs in class of diabetes medications called thiazolidinediones. In this class are Avandia and a combination drug Avandamet [Avandia and Metformin]. Rezulin is in this class but not much known about it.

I want to know how to join the class action against Victoria Secrets. I have experinced this and my doctors did not know what was causing it. It stopped when I changed bras.

How do I joined the class action suit against Victoria Secret for these rashes from the "Sexy" bras which I loved and brought 2 at once the week they came out with them? I knew it was the bras that I had recently purchased as I alternated between other types of VS bras that didn't do it. I always thought it was the dye in the bras and that's what I told my doctor who prescribed anti fungus medication. Formaldyhyde would be the last thing I would think.

What are the odds of those of us that are suffering from from tooth decay and paying outrageously for doctors appointments, prescriptions, and now dentists and dental bills, what do we need or have to do to begin a class action lawsuit? Four members of my family have been on subutex for about 6 years some for general pain and some for addiction and we all have the same issues with decaying teeth and such. Our doctor has no means of tapering us off but we all have started ourselves.

I TOLD THE DENTIS I DON'T WANT TO LIVE WITH THESE IMPLANTS ANY MORE I WOULD RATHER DIE THAN LIVING WITH THEM.

I would like to see a picture of the rash so that I can see if it is the same as mine. Red with heat, rising on the skin, and itches especially when, I'm working and get sweaty.

Has there been a class action lawsuit for the recall of contaminated lot number in the fall of 2017 ?

Wow! I can't believe I stumbled on this information. I have been going crazy for the past 6 months trying to figure out why my breasts have had a rash, they are constantly itchy and blotchy. I just figureed it was dry skin, new detergent, cream...trying everything, but nothing worked. How horrifying to find out there may be formaldehyde in the bras. I've never been part of a class action lawsuit, but I will definitely participate in this one if it comes to fruition....

Acorn hasn't been active on the forum since this thread was posted. You might do a google search for a class action suit stemming from the use of Forteo injections.

That BonSoy issue was over a year ago. They have finally got it straight and the class action is from that time. Bon Soy no longer have high levels of iodine, thank goodness! The Dept of Health immediately issued an investigation into all soy products and found that Bon Soy was the only one with such high iodine. I have been following this since day one.

It appears to be a web site to help attorneys soliciting cases to help with their class action suits against device companies. Attorneys will make money. Patients won't benifit much in my opinion. Those individuals with a legitimate claim will be served by the usual medical legal process and not by an attempt to collect money from companies with class action suits. for several years i was on avandamet and stayed around the high 90 to low 100's after accidental injestion of activated cidex my count jumped to the 440's and now am taking the pills x-2 a day and 25 units of lantus just to stay in the 150 range. what affect does cidex have on diabetes?

Your low ejection fraction does increase your surgical risk, even in the absence of any significant blockages on your recent angiogram. I do think that speaking with a surgeon still would be useful in terms of understanding your level of risk better.
