Augmentin and vitamin c

Common Questions and Answers about Augmentin and vitamin c

It is hard to tell anything at the point which you are describing - vitamins, calcium and fish oil is a great choice - try taking 2g of vitamin C a day, that seems to help me a lot when I feel ill. Drink large amounts of warm fluids - like tea- 2 litres a day or 0.66ozz. Try to rest more and keep yourself warm. If you feel that your chest becomes tighter, then you should definitely visit the doctor again.

I quit the Astelin antihistamine spray and the Rhinocort spray, because I felt it was making me worse and dizzy-er. I've been taking Bcomplex and Niacin and Vit. C. I run an air cleaner in my bedroom at all times. Went to see a chiropractor. Normally I wouldn't trust one, but he's a friend and has helped my husband with disk problems. He's used some kind of electrical vibrating thing where my neck meets my skull and now my ear's not hurting. (Could be him, could be the Prednisone).
I am going to start taking vitamin B12, that promotes nerve regeneration, and am going to try meditating and keeping busy and trying to stay positive. Good luck to all of you. I am not happy that this is happening to any of us, but I am happy that I am not alone.
Augmentin is very similar to Clavamox. Augmentin can occasionally cause stomach upsets (vomiting and diarrhea). The dose of Augmentin is all right for your dog. All of the supplements you mention are good except the vinegar. It would really be best to have a urinalysis performed though and treat under veterinary supervision.
I'm overweight, take a daily prescribed regimen of baby aspirin, multi-vitamin, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin D, and 6mg warfarin. I'm a lymphoma cancer survivor (2 years beyond chemo), don't smoke, drink alcohol only occasionally in moderation and even less caffeine, exercise somewhat irregularly, had lots of ear aches as a child associated with bronchitis but because I'm 61 now I don't think my childhood ear aches have anything to do with it.
Please get some extra help if you need it , and if you are already on anti-depressants, maybe a different one will help. You can do blood work for different vitamin deficiencies, and your B-12 and B-6 levels should be done (they give neuro symptoms) as well as you can have an endoscopy to check for absorption (chrones, celiac disease) both of which can cause neuro symptoms.

Vitamin C is a general anti-allergy supplement. It helps stabilize mast cells so they are less likely to release histamine. If the symptoms persist, then you can consult an immunologist. He may start with immunosuppressive drugs.
I find it hard to believe that people can have these weird sensations from anxiety alone. I have had a brain MRI and c-spine MRI, the only thing that showed was a bulging disk. Anyone else have this?

Would suggest you to just keep her on Vit-B and C supplements and tackle the issue of Aphthous ulcer only and not concentrate on other issues. As you have mentioned that her Vit levels are fine, then stress ulcer is the only conclusion. Keep her out of stress. Regarding benign Hematuria, again my suspicion goes towards "Lupus". Hence please consult a good Rheumatologist, for a better picture. Please discuss again, once you need the consultant.
All physical exams have been normal for sensations and strength. He examined the MRI and suggested a Lumbar Puncture and tests for Lyme Disease, Syphalis, and HIV. All are negative! Which is great, however, symptoms are getting worse again, and I am at a loss at what to do next. This has all caused considerable stress and anxiety which has sent me to a Psychiatrist and has me taking Xanex when needed. Wanted to see make sure we are not missing anything! Feel fine otherwise.

The puzzling thing is I've been eating well, taking Multivitamins and Vitamin C everyday, sleeping 8+ hours everyday and exercising, i.e. everything under the book. I don't know how else to live my life! I've even dropped a lot of courses to put time into sleep. I went to multiple doctors but they all said the same thing: just a cold/flu. I've done blood tests, urine tests and thyroid tests but all come out fine. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Not only an I awake, but I am jolted awake and then am completely wired/stressed (think 10 Venti Starbucks) for the rest of the morning. Slight nausea/ No interest in food in the morning. Things usually calm down for the day after lunch.
Four days is not a long time to be on an antibiotic. Take grapefruit juice with the antibiotic. It will improve the efficiency. And take a vitamin D3 supplement as well as a good multivitamin. A vitamin C supplement would probably help as well. Your symptoms could be alergies, but they appear to be related to a plain old nasty bacterial infection. Drink lots of fluids (electrolytes) and try to go out with youe kids and get as much sunlight as you can every day.

The day I took Zithromax SD i was not instructed properly so I took the medicine after food and then I took some ZinC + Vitamin C after one hour to two hour of taking the zithromax SD as I was having severe loose motion. After taking Zitromax SD for two days I was OK but the third day I developed the same irritation inside the penis. As I was taking all these medicines during the last two months my stomach is upset and all antibiotics are creating digestive problems.
Prior to all of this I had been treated with antibiotics (at different times floxin, levofloxacin, doxycycline, augmentin, azithromycin), diflucan, and nystatin on and off for a year or so, to treat non-specific prostatitis (no agent was detected). I had stopped antibiotics in September, and my stools were a little loose. Diflucan was for possible yeast infection in prostate; nystatin to prevent yeast overgrowth after antibiotic treatment.
A virus hijacks your own body's healthy cells and uses it to reproduce and spread. A bacteria is its own living cell and multiplies and spreads on its own and is easier to destroy in that process. Speaking of outbreaks, influenza is finally reaching Palo Alto right around now.

Now, i haven't had any related symptom. But, about 3rd week of December (i.e approx 3.
I think I developed an overgrowth of lactobacillus (good bacteria) from taking 1000 mg of vitamin c everyday for 6 weeks. I did this bc it was flu season and didnt want to get sick. I know vitamin c is water soluble, but I tried to limit my water intake so I wouldnt have to urinate frequently in attempts to absorb the vitamin c longer. I am positive that this is what caused my problem. I went in for a follow up and they said I was back to normal which was in Feb 2009.
