Recently I went for a checkup and my doctor gave me Metformin for weight loss (It suddently went up to 99 kg though I was at 85 before and was following a strict diet plan). Every time I try a medication that has a reuptake effect on norepeneprhine I get this mild burning sensation on the left side of my chest. So far I have had this happen with Atomoxetine, Venlafaxine, Bupropion and now Nortrypytiline. It isn't anxiety, a panic attack or heartburn, just a dull, moderately uncomfortable, burning sensation. I'm fine with all the SSRI's and medications like Rexulti. It's just the ones that affect NE.

You missed the most important measure. The heart rate. A blood pressure measurement without a heartrate is meaningless. A drop to 58/47 is unacceptable. There are also "missing pieces" in the reasons why the various meds are prescribed. I think Gabapentin is a medication with many side effects that is overprescribed, but that's an opinion of one. I can see no reason for prescribing Gabapenton for numb hands.

The sex drive is good to know. Citalopram also gave me that side effect. I am glad the Wellbutrin did not make you gain weight. I wonder how long until it is out of my system. The doctor said if i quit cold turkey on Citalopram, it can cause bad side effects. That's why I am taking half a pill of it.
