Ferritin (iron storage) is considered the gold standard for diagnosing iron deficiency however they did not include this test on your labs. Your iron serum is borderline low. Folate is trapped in an unusable form without vitamin B12 which is why low or deficient folate is a common finding with vitamin B12 deficiency.
I recently got a copy of my full blood count results which shows the following abnormalities:
Red blood count (RBC) - HI - 5.09
Mean corpuscular volume (MCV) - LO - 81
Mean corpusc. haemoglobin (MCH) - LO - 25.7
Red blood cell distribution width (RDW) - HI - 14.
RDW is red cell width distribution and is a test which checks the size of red cells. A high variation in the red cell size is reported as a high RDW.
High RDW can be an indication of liver disease, hemolytic anemia, iron deficiency anemia, vitamin B12 deficiency, thalassemia, etc.
The RDW values are correlated with the mean corpuscular volume to obtain an idea of which factor is causing the RDW to rise.

The values you cite are quite abnormal, including the RDW (red blood cell distribution width), that is a measure of the variation in size of your red blood cells. A high RDW indicates that the red blood cells are more variable in volume than normal. You are definitely anemic and the elevated RDW is consistent with an iron deficiency anemia, possibly of recent onset.
The other thing to remember is that the volume of blood in the body stays fairly constant and there isn't enough blood to supply the body with demands such as exercise, so a rationing system is built in. The skeletal muscles during exercise obtain a 12 fold increase in blood supply, skin a 5 fold increase but the brain remains virtually constant. The Heart receives a 3 fold increase but other organs such as kidneys and the digestive system are cut right down.
Syncope or loss of consciousness can due to a sudden decline in blood flow to the brain which may be due to an irregular cardiac rate or rhythm or by changes of blood volume or distribution.
