I have been on Armor for 8 years now. I had a hysterectomy two years ago and then had my annual thyroid tests done. After the doctor tried to convince me to change medication, she then reduced my thyroid meds by 30 gr. I had been on 90 gr for years and all symptoms were gone. she lowered it because the TSH was testing at .37 (normal for Armor)

No, just because Armour has both T3 and T4, does not make it "better". As I said before, it's best for some, not for others, because not everyone needs that much T3; that's why I'd asked for your actual levels, to help determine whether or not it might be best for you.
Hi I noticed a lot of comments on the "New" formulation of the Armour Thyroid tablets. I never got pills from my pharmacy with the "A" I swear all of mine were blank with no logo. I noticed this last batch has the "A" logo, is whiter and does not split in half well at all. Were there Armour tablets with no logo before? I am so confused and upset by this whole problem with this medication. I feel like buying a pig farm and learning how to make the stuff myself.
So when I sleep I like to switch sides. Lately when I do I feel pain in my stomach. Its hard to describe but it leaves me moaning til the pain goes away. I thought maybe if I don't eat and drink before bed then it wouldn't happen. I have yet to test that theory lol. Should I be concerned?
I've been taking 60mg of armor thyroid for about 10 days and have noticed my symptoms like tiredness achiness and constipation have worsened. Could the Armor thyroid be causing this?

My doc recently doubled my Armor dosage from 120mg to 240mg taken simultaneously. Has anyone experienced this dramatic of an increase? Wouldn't this be the equivalent of 400mcg of levoxyl or synthroid? Hashi's ...been on Armor about 10 mos...switched from Levoxyl 150mcg to 90mg Armor...upped to 120mg in Nov....now DOUBLED?

Its not painful or uncomfortable I rub my ear and it stops_ it also feels like laying on one side and ear goes to sleep. My SI pain is about a 5 all the time. I take 30 mg of armor thyroid, and 10 mg of lexapro a day I don't take any pain medication'. A neurosurgeon did my laminectomy.
I also developed high BP with my last injection a week ago and I'm on 5 mg of meds for that until it levels out.
I am a female police officer, and wonder about breast health due to wearing ill fitting body armor. The vest my department provides is not cut with cups for the breasts. The breast are compressed on a constant basis. Besides the obvious uncomfort, are there any health concerns that I could present to my department in hopes of obtaining better body armor. There is a company that only makes vests for women, but they are more expensive than others.
I am now on armor thyroid. Very interestingly, right after taking the covid vaccine (moderna in my case), I feel the need to reduce the dose of my thyroid medication. This happens for every single vaccine shot that I took.

I started taking Armor Thyroid 15 mg. What amount are you taking. I was told today to increase my Armor in 4 weeks to 60 mg that is high I think. What was your experience?
