Avatar m tn Anxiety can definately cause Tachycardia, however there are other illnesses that will too. Have you ever had your thyroid checked??? Is this your only symptom. I suggest that you google "hyperthyroism checklist" and see if any symptoms that you experience are there. If all else is ruled out, it can possibly be an Anxiety disorder and you can also do a checklist for that condition as well. Self education is the key.
Avatar m tn i've been experiencing many symptoms that have interfered with my life for about two and a half years.
492869 tn?1285018933 good/bad behavior, excessive daydreaming, hyperfocusing, perseveration, hyperactivity, sensory seeking behavior (rocking, banging, jumping, flapping, spinning, etc.), low concentration, low motivation, social awkwardness, communication difficulty, sensory overload, anxiety, irritation, stress, excitement, sound sensitivity, etc. The tracker might also be useful as a checklist for people with executive dysfunction.
Avatar f tn Some people may experience strong flu-like symptoms 2-6 weeks after infection, and ARS only lasts a week or so. Some people don't experience symptoms at all. Unfortunately there is no such thing as a "checklist of HIV symptoms" that we can use to determine an infection, and we STRONGLY discourage people to self-diagnose HIV by looking at symptoms; testing is the ONLY way to know if you are infected.
8924846 tn?1410572901 So I plan on getting one box of diapers per paycheck to stock up. I'm 24 weeks due in January. I'm not sure if I'm going to do a shower my mom wants to do one but I have anxiety and would get anxiety attacks whenever I had a birthday party when I was younger, I also don't like being touched which I hear happens a lot at baby showers but my friends and family know I don't like it and don't touch me anyways. I get super overwhelmed around a lot of people.
Avatar n tn t hurt to go through the depression/anxiety checklist. Also, maybe try exercising (not later than 3 hours before bedtime), taking your mind off your symptoms, or doing some yoga or relaxing stretches to help quiet your muscles. If any of these things works, it will be cheaper and less stressful than putting yourself through tons of medical tests.....
1618236 tn?1408072214 It is certainly possible. Although your labs do not suggest that your thyroid status is much outside the "normal" (in fact different doctors would say different things about whether the isolated elevation in your TSH is significant or not). One useful way of assessing this is for you to find a checklist of "hypothyroid" symptoms to see whether and to what extent your physical symptoms suggest that your thyroid is possibly causing you problems.
Avatar n tn I found this link which could help you out. it's a checklist and at the bottom it'll given you the options or answers you may need. It's a general go by everyone is different. http://www.webmd.com/erectile-dysfunction/guide/erection-problem-checklist From a personal standpoint. My boyfriend kinda has the same problem, not quite like what you're describing.
Avatar f tn Gastric reflux can exacerbate asthma and you may not have any symptoms of it (reflux)...you may not know you have reflux. There is usually a checklist of possible causes of asthma and the methycholine test for asthma isn't always definitive. A pulmonary function test would likely give more information. Hope this is helpful. Good luck!
Avatar f tn I am trying to find everything second hand so that's why I haven't done the baby registry and got a full list.
Avatar n tn With 30 of 33 symptoms of hypothyroidism on my GP's checklist, I was referred to an endocinologist. Normal TSH, T3....but had a nuclear scan which indicated slow uptake and u/s showed 2mm growth on thyroid gland. No asperate done. Again, I am symptomatic to the point that if affects every hour of every day. Mother, maternal aunt, sister and grandmother all had/have thyroid disease.
Avatar n tn Theres an app you can download with a checklist(: thats what im using! When youre in there you really don't need as much as you think(: the checklist is nice to have though!

Avatar n tn From that list of symptoms you certainly should follow up with a doctor and get some testing done. As a first step I suggest that you go through this checklist of hypo symptoms and see if there are any others you recognize as well. http://thyroid.about.com/cs/basics_starthere/a/hypochecklist.htm So the first thing I think you should do is to use this link and identify all the symptoms you have.

Avatar n tn Ive recently came across hyperthyroidism while on google and i am not trying to self diagnose but i filled out the checklist and i have just about every symptom but hair thinning. My resting pulse is at about 85-90 and i am a constantly anxious person to the point to where my sleep suffers hugely. Even when i am well rested i cant get a grasp on this. My dad has a history of atrial flutter but no history of hyperthyroidism although we both share diagnosed ADHD and anxiety.
Avatar f tn Yes, those symptoms could very well be Lyme. Everyone is different with symptoms because Lyme could have different co-infections. I am still very ill, and others will answer in more detail but first step is to find an LLMD, Lyme literate doc. Go to our association, ILADS dot org. Read info and email them asking for an LLMD near your area. Go to an LLMD ASAP. If it is Lyme, lying dormant for all those years, it could just get worse. Feel free to message me or ask more questions on here.
Avatar f tn I honestly need a good checklist of everything we could possibly need.If anyone has a good website or place to start post it here!
Avatar f tn A symptom checklist is probably not the best idea, since symptoms of ms overlap with symptoms of a lot of other things. Also many doctors are very suspicious of anyone who has gone online and printed out an "ms symptom" list. Truth. I understand the exhausted and foggy, for sure. One of the things your gp should be doing first is sending you for a sleep study. Also, check vitamin and mineral levels via bloodwork. (Especially B12, D, and magnesium).
1132574 tn?1271672466 Though I never noticed a rash nor do I have flu like symptoms. Just wondering if any of you have experienced such wide ranging symptoms w/ MS or Lymes. Starting to wonder if I'm going nuts too!
