3249571 tn?1347014774 Get some exercise in, it has many benefits on stress and anxiety. And also set up a relaxation routine to do every single day. Find a good relaxation CD and listen to it everyday. Sometimes we can't release stress because we find it difficult to allow ourselves to relax. This is important to do.

1194973 tn?1385503904 Is it possible to just get a anxiety attack out of nowhere? It's weird what I get and I'm not even sure if they are anxiety attacks. My chest starts to hurt really bad and it's like a stabbing pain, and I feel like I can't breathe. Whenever I try to it feels like there's huge bands around my chest that prevent me from taking in a breath. I also start to hyperventilate and shake and just overall feel weak--like I'm getting over a flu.
Avatar m tn Stress and anxiety can cause so many symptoms, it would be nearly impossible to list them all, but the ones you've mentioned are very common. To answer your question, yes, stress CAN make you feel unwell every day. And if left untreated, it can cause some very serious mental and health issues, I suggest you see your doctor for a complete physical and discuss therapy to help you learn to deal with stress............

Avatar f tn Headaches, anxiety, panic, breathing problems, stress problems, depression, etc. can be caused by a magnesium deficiency. Stress, such as unemployment, can deplete magnesium and magnesium, as well at the B Complex Vitamins, are essential to handling stress calmly and smoothly. Some of the safer and more effective forms of magnesium include: Taurate, Glycinate, and Citrate (can be laxitative -- take with food).

Avatar n tn Anyone ever had panic attacks from a herniated disc please reply I know I was fine b4 I got hurt thanx...
Avatar f tn This sounds like anxiety but you need to see your doctor for an evaluation. If this is anxiety/panic attacks, know they won't hurt you. Most of us at some point are/were fearful of an attack while driving or alone. Panic attacks are a normal response coming at the wrong time. It's our "fight or flight" mode which kicks in when we are in danger, and floods our bodies with adrenaline so we can fight or run to protect ourselves.
Avatar f tn This stress may very well be behind the return of your anxiety and panic attacks, it frequently is for many of us. As mammo says, see your doc and get a good physical. If you got treatment for anxiety in the past then you know how to go about doing what worked for you then. If not, then ask your doctor for a referral to a good psychiatrist and/or therapist.
