The golden rule is unless recommended by a doctor, do not take supplements, get the necessary nutrients directly from food only. Supplementation can very often overdose your body with vitamins and minerals, which can adversely affect. In your case, stop if possible, the supplements for few days and see if the symptoms go away, if so, do not take them, orelse, talk to your doctor about the symptoms.
After going to an expert dermatoglist who again stated just take medicine to control the hives - I ended up on Allegra, Claritin and Doxepin. My hives seemed managable mostly at this point but in October 2009 I stopped all antihistmaines to have a food alllergy test just to see if anything turned up there. Nothing did but I noticed my hives really improved after stopping all the antihistamines. Since then I have avoided taking any antihistmaines except for Benadryl.
not life or death type allergies, but sneezing, itchy nose and eyes, headaches. I take a one a day antihistamine to deal with it. .. but it says on the box not to take if pregnant. It can be even easier than that. You could alway ask your doc to try free samples of Nasal Sprays for rhinitis, sinusitis. If it works than you know what it is. Then you need to figure out why it happens like if it is allergy or sinusitis and treat it more specifically if you want to. Once way to rule in allergy is antihistamine like Benedryl. If you take an antihistamine and it stops it's more likely rhinitis.
My daughter had a sore on the outside of her ear, was looked at for 2 min. in urgent care and prescribed clindamycin e150 mg pills....3 pills 3x per day (12 pills) she is 15 and 119 lbs. i had purchased a 70 mg vyvanse pill, took 1/4 of it yesterday and the other 3/4 this morning, so today i was on about 50 mg. after school i was with my friend and started to experience terrible muscle contractions in my hands, forearms, feet, and calfs; i couldn't move my hands or feet AT ALL and it felt as if i was clenching those muscles as hard as i could and i could NOT stop this.
