2nd question is after stopping the intake of antihistamine that effect the prostate, woiuld these be a short term effect and the prostate goes back to how it was? or does it remain in the worser condition?

Have you had your prostate checked? There is a connection between testosterone and prostate cancer, BUT please know that it is very rare in men under 40. That would be unlikely. But you should have your prostate checked. There are also a lot of information linking low testosterone to prostatitis and prostate pain. So, yes, it could be involved. But pain is an odd thing where it is felt in one place but coming from somewhere else.
Urologist did a cystoscope and found inflamed prostate with enlarged veins. During the 12 week period, also had inflamed prostate. Was on 14 days of septra. Have had following HIV antibody tests: Home Access blood patch 2 weeks after exposure = negative. Ora Sure Rapid test at 6 weeks and 10 weeks after exposure = both negative. I feel feverish most of the time. I have not told my primary or urologist about the exposure. I plan to have a 12 week Ora Sure Anti-body Test.

Don't know a lot about this procedure, which is usually done to alleviate problems w/ urination due to enlarged prostate, but here's what I found about it (an excerpt describing possible issues after the procedure):

You should also know that if he has an enlarged prostate this to can cause problems because it may prevent the stone from passing for sometime out of the urinary tract. As someone who has experienced this pain without and enlarged prostate let me tell you it is not something you would wish on your worst enemy. You did not develop an "enlarged prostate" from your surgery. First of all, this term of "enlarged prostate" is really a way of describing the failure of the prostate to open adequately to allow urine to leave the bladder. It may be due to physical enlargement or to functional issues, but the ultimate effect is the same: difficulty urinating. The drugs given around the time of surgery as well as oral decongestants (not nasal sprays) can influence urinating.
Urologist ruled-out herpes and no HIV or other STD just Prostititus (enlarged prostate). Some are bacterial which antibiotics help while others are not and there is no magic pill.
Solution: Gave up alcohol, coffee and stress for months and it cleared-up, but came back with my old drinking and stress habits. Do not sit on hard surfaces too long or take long distance driving trips. Motrin reduces pain and swelling. Saw Palmetto is a good supplement.
