It was an obvious muscle pain, more in my right leg. This was before chlamydia symptoms developed.

4798447 tn?1359319344 Most have the dormant HPylori bactera present in the stomach, when you are taking a regimen of antibiotics, they kill the good bacteria in the stomach, but are not strong enough to kill HPylori, the good bacteria that your body needs for digestion and to keep bad bacteria like HPylori at bay is gone, then Hpylori triggers your acid pumps to go into overtime, and the acid fumes build up air and gas,(Bloat)this bacteria thrives in stomach acid.
175861 tn?1428182413 Hi phix95, I just came on line and saw your post. It sounds like either a virus or food poisoning due to a virus or bacteria. In any case I would go to the ER because by now you would be very dehydrated and will probably need an IV, and since you haven't gotten better and have a fever. They may need to give you antibiotics too if it is a bacteria. You will need to be tested by a stool culture to see if it is a bacteria and if so which one. Having a lot of gas sounds bacterial.
Avatar f tn If it is indeed ulcers, then she has h.pylori, which is a bacteria, not a virus. There is a combination of antibiotics that is effective at treating it. In the States, they sell it in a package called a PrevPac.

Avatar f tn The protein did not kill the bacteria or slow its growth – but it successfully kept individual bacteria on the move, preventing them aggregating into groups. The bacteria then remained exposed and vulnerable to antibiotics. Lactoferrin achieves its effect by trapping iron, a crucial bacterial nutrient. When iron levels are low, bacteria roam across a surface in search of more. Other compounds that trap iron have been developed to improve deodorants.
