The next thing below that is a tiny bar that says 'search this community', so if you type 'antibiotics' in, it will pull up only posts in this Lyme site/page that mention antibiotics, instead of from the whole of MedHelp.

I also agree that antibiotics aren't the only thing wrong with our food supply. Much of our food is contaminated with glyphosate, which is the main ingredient in Round Up. So much of our food has been modified to the point of not only being unhealthy, it's downright dangerous.

Avatar f tn Hi I looked this up, it used to be called Macrobid. It is just for bladder infections so that is good. If your doctor knows about your liver, I think this would be safe. I am not a doctor but I also have compensated cirrhosis and always worry about antibiotics. I learned that penicillin or penicillin family is the safest. In your case, it sounds like it is worth it to use it. Good luck!

He has all the classic symptoms of an infection with green mucous in the nasil passages, phlegmy cough and occasional drainage from the eyes. I was passing through a local hardware store that carries farm supplies and noticed antibiotics on the shelves. I don't have the money to bring Ziggy to the vet. I don't foresee any money in the near future. Which brings me to my question...
