I just phoned my primary doctor and he won't refer me to an endocrinologist only a nutritionist. He keeps wanting me to be on statins, but I want to see an endocrinologist first...can I demand he send me to one? I'm at Scripps Encinitas in California.

You may be describing a floater which occurs aging changes of the vitreous of the eye or a detachment of the vitreous from its normal retinal attachments. I recommend that you seek the care of an eyeMD to examine the second eye as well.

It sounds as if you have only tried the regular western specialized doctors yet. I don't dare saying they are clueless but very often they seem to not look at the person as a whole, only at symptoms and to cure those.

No. You would be taking essentially 2 of the same medications as thhey are both anti psychiotics. Are these medications prescribed? That is an awfully dangerous dose of each of them. They should not be combined and you can experience EPS symtoms from that high of a dose.
