What vitamins can I take to prevent aging? Exclusively the face and neck areas. If there is not a vitamin, can herbs help and what kind? Any Natural Preventions?

Hello, I am 28 years old and recently I started developing wrinkles everywhere on my face (forehead, under eye, between eyebrows, nasolabial lines and more). Some days when I look at my face in the mirror I feel like a 50 year old. The texture of my facial skin looks horrible, my skin is very dry and my facial pores are pretty big. I also have puffiness and black circles under my eyes. My weight is normal, I eat healthy, exercise a lot and take a multivitamin and Complex B.

When I talk or smile I could see tiny tiny lines near my laugh lines on my cheek is this normal.

So i read something about Makeup can cause birth defects? Is this true? Like some makeup you use can get into your pores & cause some damage to the baby?

I suggest the use of products that are hypoallergenic and also with organic ingredients such as vitamin C and E. Anti aging products may also be beneficial especially for women with fine lines and wrinkles. A healthy diet,decrease intake of fatty food, cessation of smoking,adequate sleep and daily exercise will ensure not just great skin but also a healthy body in general.

Just want to know how many are using or have used anti depressants for after WD's? I never had depression until stopping trammys I always go back because of the depression my longest clean time is 34 days, the dr already DX me with depression and wants me to start some AD's next week. Can anyone give me any advise, how long do you have to use AD's? I really do not want to take anything else. Thanks for any help.

d go in for a good makeover -- colors, moisturizing makeup, and all. And especially, the thing that instantly makes most women look younger is to get rid of the hairstyle one has been wearing for the last twenty years and put oneself into the hands of a more modern stylist. Ditto fresh colors and silhouettes in the wardrobe. It's truly not the wrinkles that make cashiers give the senior discount, it's the signals, and the biggest signal of all is the style of hair.

It might be an allergy to makeup or even your face soap try a different face soap and stop wearing makeup for a while. As for what to put on it try using a clean make up brush and brush on corn starch like the kind you find in the kitchen. If that doesn't help I would ask your mom to take you to an allergist the doctor can test you to find out for sure and can prescribe a cream to put on it.

Lol this is a random thing but just curious... Who HAD to have there makeup done while they went into labor? Like did your water break and you got ready before you took of to hospital? Or were you being induced and made sure you had your face done before you went in?

Surprised, I asked what the debris was, suggested eye makeup (I had started wearing it again once I thought the eye had healed) and she agreed it could be. I doubt it was from the injury (plastic corner). So I haven't been wearing any as I'd rather not risk the chance of getting any in there and having more problems than needed. Yet recently upon asking her about when it's safe to wear my makeup again, she said that it won't make any difference if I do (at this point).
