So I started to about a year ago, but in the last several months or so I've noticed that whenever I take the multivitamin (even after 2 hours after taking the Cipralex) I get nauseous. I dont know if the two arnt agreeing with eachother, or the fact that im not eating enough because I know that multivitamins are not to be used as a supplement for food.

Also stick to low/no fat dairy, lean meats, good fats (such as avocado, olive oil, etc). Nuts and seeds are a good addition, because of the nutrients, but limit them because of the fat, even though it's "good" fat. Eggs are an excellent source of protein and vitamin B12.

That is why I included an orange in my diet (after lunch), or orange juice at breakfast. Also when I feel like eating fruit, I tend to pick orange over things like apple or banana.
