382218 tn?1341181487 Talking about his MS, staying healthy, diet, 'anti-aging' stuff, things to increase energy. He certainly seems pretty energetic, hyper almost.
Avatar n tn I suggest the use of products that are hypoallergenic and also with organic ingredients such as vitamin C and E. Anti aging products may also be beneficial especially for women with fine lines and wrinkles. A healthy diet, decrease intake of fatty food, cessation of smoking, adequate sleep and daily exercise will ensure not just great skin but also a healthy body in general.
Avatar f tn What vitamins can I take to prevent aging? Exclusively the face and neck areas. If there is not a vitamin, can herbs help and what kind? Any Natural Preventions?
Avatar n tn 2007, a dark spot of ver light intensity is visible in the top left cormer of my vission and it moves with my vision also. I checked it up with the Dr. then and he found nothing in the eye but a small black do in the liquid. He said that it has got condensed and can't be cured. The same issue has been recently occcured in my other eye (with a very very light intensity). These spots are only visible in daylight - or white light of the Screen.
Avatar f tn I’ve been using prescription strength differin gel for acne for many years, and would like to add a retinol moisturizer to my skincare routine for anti-aging benefits. Would like to know if the combination is safe?
Avatar f tn Go to ulta and talk to their estheticians for a professional recommendation. While pregnant do stay away from retinols which are anti aging. They can cause birth defects. But look for something that has hyaluronic acid in it which is a natural chemical our body makes which helps retains moisture by 1000x its weight. So it is super hydrating which will help reduce and prevent wrinkles.
Avatar n tn s. Went to emergency three times, was given an anti-anxiety script and sent home. Dr. gave me Metropolol 50 m g 1/2 in a.m. and 1/2 in p.m. and it worked. No PVC's until 8 weeks ago when they started suddenly for no apparent reason and have continued ever since. Holter Monitor 24 hrs, 5500 PVC's detected, Dr. did not tell me what results of ECG were and I forgot to ask. Since he didn't mention anything I am assuming it is normal. BP tested recently 114/68, Dr. says is OK.

Avatar m tn However, It has not been definitively established that the decline in testosterone seen in most aging men results in an androgen deficient state with health-related outcomes that can be improved by testosterone therapy. Hence, I’ll not recommend the same. Still, it’s good to consult an endocrinologist for the same and seek an opinion. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
Avatar f tn Before using any serum, I'd check with your doctor to see what they recommend. Has your doctor given you any advice on what you can do to treat the alopecia and fast aging?
Avatar m tn DDD is a completely normal part of the aging process and is rarely symptomatic. Physical therapy, anti-inflammatory medications, and spinal injections often provide adequate relief. The source of nerve compression will be evident by an X-ray/CT scans. Incase of doubt you can go for a diagnostic nerve block to identify the source. Spinal fusion or disc implantation surgeries are the common surgeries for chronic DDD. Spinal fusion procedure and internal fixation devices are utilized.
6990909 tn?1435275816 I keep pushing thru and have an appt with another RA Dr in Feb. I do stay as active as I can. I have just been researching anti-inflammatory diets and ketogenic...just trying to see if others have had any specific help with ketogenic for RA or otherwise. Any dietary input would be welcomed. Thanks so much!
Avatar f tn Not exactly.... My Dr told me a couple weeks ago to lay off the junk food haha Ill be 38 weeks tho here ina few hours..
534800 tn?1217167359 I have literally tried just about every product on the market, both OTC and prescribed, and they all work at first (a few days) then - nothing. Anti-anxiety meds help a bit with the racing heart and white noise in my head every night because I can't fall asleep, but I've become rattled with the idea that over time, I'll actually be decreasing my life span from not getting enough sleep, aging faster than I want to and stressing my heart (all downsides to poor sleep for years).
