m kind of pale for FL, but not like a ghost or anything. I run XC, but have been taking a break for a couple of months in the offseason. I can't quite remember when this started, but it's happened for quite some time now, though I don't recall if I noticed it during the XC season).
Still hiked, xc ski, backpacked. Got rid of them with taurine, l-carnitine, l-arginine (500 mg each/day), 2 weeks to see improvement, gone in 4 weeks.
My contractions Are ever Five min apart an I'm still 1 cm xc what should I do ?????
I run track and xc in high school for three years. this past xc season I took three weeks off training after the state meet and when I returned to running my feet seriously burned during the run and for hours afterward. That was two months ago and it's still like that except now the burning goes away almost immediately once I take off my shoes after a run. I can run for about three miles before the burning starts.
It is but a family member who is an optometrist tild me its best to wait til after as hormones play with your script.
I barely started to feel my little girl move in here. And I'm 21 weeks tomorrow xc , it's okay just be patient!

My 14 years old daughter 5'9" only weight 102lbs,she rapidly drop 30 lbs last year and she doesn't want gain any weight now.She has many anorexia symptom but she eats 3 health meals everyday(no fat).Her anorexia became after her right elbow injury 2 years ago(still didn't recovry yet).She deny has anorexia that's mean she refuse to see doctor.
what can I help her?Is she anorexic?
( i starve myself. t happen over night and doing it right will keep it off longer... With anorexia the second you start to eat your body holds in everything including the fat because it knows you will starve it again. Also when you stop eating your body will start to eat itself (including your muscles). You can do this hun... keep it up and persevere.

Your gastrointestinal system could definitely be thrown off from your anorexia. Your current anxiety could be the culprit for your diarrhea. Anxiety and Anorexia often go hand in hand. Seeking medical attention for your diarrhea is recommended. Getting to the root of your anxiety and decreasing your anxiety is critical.

I'm a 15 year old female athlete. (xc, track, and soccer) I've had a mark on the bottom of my foot that stretches from my toe to my heel. When I run it bleeds and blisters. We recently went to the doctor and was diagnosed with linear epidermal nevus syndrome. We were given really no treatment options. It seemed like they didn't know what to do. It is on the bottom of my foot, they didn't think removing it was an option. Any ideas????
