I plan on restricting myself to 150-200 calories everyday. Are there any vitamins I should be taking? Keeping in mind that I am only 14 and can't get a hold of all the suggestions I'll provably receive.

t know anything about Portia. I had no idea she suffered from anorexia nervosa. I assumed she had anorexia - eating disorder from any cause - and that is why I assumed the anorexia resulted from her cirrhosis. Now, that I have read the gossip/Oprah stuff I lean more towards Willy's opinion.

just support her as best you can, and it would help to see a nutritionist so she can still keep healthy eating habbits and get in to shape. also taking vitamins help allot, exspecially b vitamins they should help here metabolism function a tad bit more. she should try lifting weights, and trust me she wont get huge and bulky like she may think from lifing weights. i wish her the best.

you know food for less vitamins or liquer store packet of vitamins take only a snickers bar once a day try to keep 13 grams of sugar a day you can cheat with one item one time a day. and walk take a friend with you.for your safety.

I have a history of anorexia, but it's 90% in the past (I think I'll always have tendencies). I also have Hep C. Lately nothing tastes good, I don't want to eat - I've been losing so much weight that I have to belt my skinniest pants. I discovered I had anorexia in 6th grade. I didn't eat much until this year, I am now in 8th grade. I still have worries but it never stops me from eating healthily. But now I think im overeating. Don't cop to Anorexia so fast. You are not too thin....and neither am I ! You are 5'7" 120lbs.? That's not bad at all but you must not, MUST NOT ever "purge!!! That is sooooo bad for you. I am 5'4', 96.4lbs. and not at all worried about it. Watch everybody jump on me for saying that......My shrink is all concerned and wants me to get on CBD (??) medical Marijuana because I have no appetite.

t happen over night and doing it right will keep it off longer... With anorexia the second you start to eat your body holds in everything including the fat because it knows you will starve it again.
