I assume the boy was driving, because his girlfriend was not of age. He is the one to be mad at, and to individually call out for being a bad driver.

Your condition could be a number of things. It does sound like herpes, but can't say without seeing it or running swab test on it. So....your best bet is (1) go to your doctor or to a free STD clinic and be tested when the symptoms are there and most importantly, (2) NO MORE UNPROTECTED SEX! In this day and age, STD's are rampant. And no matter how clean someone appears, they can be carrying just about anything, even AIDS.

I understand being a case worker for senior citizens living in a low income affordable housing is challenging, but my frustration with my mother’s case workers and management became even more frustrating after every call.
